Authentic Mexican Food this is not. There is absolutely no spice and no flavor. This is a disgrace to what true Mexican food is. I will not be returning.

El Tapatio in Sparta is a highly recommended Mexican restaurant. The servers are great, and the food is excellent, including street tacos, queso birria tacos, fajitas, tacos, burritos, and a taco salad. The margaritas are perfect, and the chips are light and crispy with various dips to try. The filete asado (two tilapia with rice and veggies) and cheese enchiladas are also popular menu items. This place absolutely has some of the best Mexican food, offering authentic Mexican food. The peppers and onions were cooked perfectly, with a mild crunch and a soft touch. The food is always fresh, served fast and hot, with amazing customer service.
