We went for the Veteran's day special since my Husband is an Air Force Veteran. Mulligan's offered their Mulligan burger with fries complimentary for Veteran's! It. was. delish! Tessa was our server & was a delight of professionalism! She was friendly, knowledgeable about the food, caring & quick. Just an awesome meal with great people in a local, family owned restaurant. Mulligan's Bar and Grill is a well-liked restaurant in Sparta, offering delicious food and stunning views of the golf course. The menu features a variety of options, including steaks, wings, salads, and the philly sandwich with sweet potato fries. The dining area is family-friendly, while the bar side is perfect for watching games and socializing. Customers have enjoyed the friendly service from staff, including the best bartenders who know how to make drinks just right. Many have praised the food, such as egg rolls and ricotta balls, which are perfectly fried and cheesy. The atmosphere is lively, with many golfers outside, especially on nice days. While parking can be tricky during busy times and wheelchair accessibility needs improvement, Mulligan's remains a favorite spot for locals and golf club members. Visitors have noted that the place is more enjoyable than the county club in Livingston, and many look forward to returning for more dishes like the broccoli jack soup. Although some have mentioned issues like a strong urine smell in the restroom, the overall experience, including karaoke and pool, contributes to a fun time at Mulligan's.
