“It is not that I don't recommend Domino's pizza just not the newcastle location at this moment. they don't mark the boxes and 2 of the items I ordered were missed. Since I don't live around the corner this is quite an upsetting event. I also was not happy with the quality of the food. I hate doing reviews but I was really looking forward to the sweet BBQ bacon chicken and parm bites. the only things from this order I wanted, and didn't get.“

We’ve seen folks rate Yanni’s lower on the scale for atmosphere and service, yet our opinion is that the general public is just too spoiled. If an Applebees is what you want (fancy schmancy), go there,…. Wait, the one Cookeville used to have closed up long ago. Yanni’s stays with “Home Town”,…not formal and fancy, …just good, and fair, and focused on family and friends. The wait-staff are friendly, thoughtful, and intend to do a good job for the customer. The meal menu specials vary, and are creative. Good conversation is always available there,…and another great point, the background music played is not ‘kid’ oriented. It’s a great mix of music when talent was real, and they keep the volume just right,…enough to appreciate, not too much to be a nuisance. If you haven’t been there, give it a go.“

I called as requested and the manager Makayla (sorry if misspelled) was so kind. They re-made the order and it was delicious. This time I picked it up so I got it as soon as it was done and it was still fresh when I got home 15 minutes later.
Nobody is perfect but I appreciate them making this right. I’d recommend doing carry out and not delivery. Unfortunately delivery won’t be fresh since they are at the mercy of door dash but if you can do carry out you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Well over an hour for pizza that was old and gross and breadsticks that were over cooked, cold and dry. I ordered in the app knowing it would be about 40-50 minutes. About an hour of waiting and I get a notification that the pizza was done and delivery will be done by door dash. No biggie right? Wrong. It spent 20 more minutes trying to find a “dasher”. Once it found one, it said the dasher had my pizza in hand BUT THEN…another order came to Pizza Hut so rather than delivering my pizza, the delivery driver had to wait for them to cook the next order too. So I called and let them know I would just like a refund if my food is going to be old. The lady said it wasn’t old and “just came out”. Well, my driver already informed me that he had the food but gave it back for them to put into the warmer so they could START COOKING the other persons order. Never the less we trusted Pizza Hut and that was an epic failure. I wasted 2 rewards items because I used points and they were old. I wasted money buying a pizza and it was old. And of course I paid a delivery fee and tipped the driver. I would not recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut unless you’re doing your own carry out because this was the worst quality food we have had in a long time. Absolutely disgusting. I just wish the lady would have given me my refund when I called so we could have avoided the whole thing.“
