Where do I start? I have been going to sonic since it opened back in the early eighties in Sparta and I am just about ready to call it quits.....why do you never answer the phone in th mornings? I would like to save time and nit have to wait...and when you get there only a handful of cars so what is the problem? poor customer service... the app doesnt work for Sparta location and depends on what day and who in there whether they honor it or not for the specials.... but my...read full review
This is by far the wost sonics I've been to. they won't even let you finish speaking before giving you a total and moving on... you pay for a large cone they upcharge for it and still give you the same size.... several times now we've gotten food that seems like its been sitting somewhere which is odd because they always seem busy....
i asked fot a footlong with mustard ketchup only and got a footlong with chili, mustard and ketchup lol the replacement was super over cooked....read full review
