“Look - this isn't Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa, FL...this is Mel's OTC in our wonderful little town of Spencer, TN. The staff are always friendly and the food is very affordable. The pies and cakes they sell by the slice on the counter should never be underestimated! If you are from out of town - ask for Sun Drop cake. If they don't have it? Pick something else.
