Was there for a fishing tournament . Will be going back to stay for a long weekend.
Was kicked out for supposedly destroying a cabin but it was owner who was judgemental on who was staying with me.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Tennessee for BIKE WEEK in Maryvilke. and would absolutely recommend ARROWHEAD RESORT to anyone. ASHLEY at the front desk was the sweetest. She was extremely helpful with booking the room and providing us with an extra pillow and blanket when we requested it. Kayaks- basketball- badminton- fishing- swimming- picnic tables- fire pits ( firewood provided also).- a convenient store on the premises …. everything you need in 1 place. We will definitely be back!
Great place to stay with the family. Absolutely beautiful grounds.

We rented a lake house in the area. Arrowhead Resort was in the guide book at the Airbnb we were staying at for boat rentals. We booked a pontoon boat for a day trip and ended up having troubles with the boat and had to be towed in. Being boaters ourselves we understand things happen. They were sure to make it right with us. Staff were very friendly and we will definitely be back when we are in the area.
Camping sites are small. Hardly any privacy with your neighbors. But free firewood and the GM was quick to fix issues. Lady in the office was clueless. Nice boat ramp though.

We are new to the area and love everythingabout the watts bar community. On a recent visitto Arrowhead Resort we checked on the progress of thefront porch (restaurant) construction.A kid that had been circling in a cart around actual workingmen with trucks took an interest in us as we strolled backto our car. This kid (with an inflated sense of selfimportance) proceeded to chide and warn us about whereto park, what not to do, and what is forbotten. We are adult, well-behaved customers.if I had not been with my wife he wouldhave gotten a much needed lesson. If we had been tinkering with someone's boat,or parked so as to block someone in - yes, a word is in order. He simply needed to feel important. We will steer clear of Arrowhead.Maybe he will get his lesson soon.aem

This place is clean and well taken care of. The staff goes out of the way to take care of anything you ask of them. We had a issue with something not working on our boat and the staff hauled one of my buddies around and collected up the items we needed to fix the issue. Back on the water for our tournament. That is great service in my book.Rooms: We had a house and it was clean and neat. With plenty of room to move around.Nearby activities: Fishing and boating.Safety: This staff is on top of everything and they have cameras in the areas needed to protect your property.Food & drinks: On site store and the restaurant will be back up and running soon I would think. They had a fire and we're redoing the restaurant while we were staying.

My family stayed at Arrowhead Resort for two nights on the recommendation of a friend of a friend. We were atypical guests, as we were in the area for a family wedding rather than Watts Bar Lake activities. We did some research and found Arrowhead to be a better option than motels in the area, for reasons of both convenience and affordability. The two-bedroom apartment was clean, and the beds and the furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was handy, considering that the restaurant on the property is closed for repairs. We shopped at the nearby Piggly Wiggly and prepared our own meals. We needed clean clothes for our departure. Arrowhead provides a complimentary laundry room, so we were able to do our washing the second night. It also helped that the store on the property sells small bottles of laundry detergent, which saved us a drive when we going to be out all day. The store has everything guests need for the full Arrowhead experience, including fishing and grilling supplies. One thing in particular impressed me at check-out. The night before, my younger son lost some quarters in the Mountain Dew vending machine. A man in a pickup truck (the owner/manager?) told me to ask the staff for a refund in the morning. I did not need to ask -- the lady at the desk was already aware and provided the refund right away.Between the genial southern hospitality and the quality of the apartment, we were sorry we had to leave. If we visit the area again, we will be back at Arrowhead.

First time staying here. The small version of the cabins were just right for the 2 of us. Sitting on the deck viewing the beach, fishing and play area was so relaxing. We will definitely return.Rooms: Clean comfortableSafety: Everyone was helpfulWalkability: Although we are both disabled. This was okay for us. A nice sidewalk ran the entire length in front of the cabins.

Arrowhead sponsored a Bass Tournament and cookout, owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming, participants were friendly. The resort did suffer a restaurant fire but provided a sweet southern BBQ for Tournament fishers and family. Resort is quaint, quiet, pretty and efficiently run. We didn't set up in the campground, motel or other rentals available, but others claimed motel rooms were very nice and roomy. A private small beach, volleyball sand and a few children's outside playground activities, oh and firepit in front of motel! Will definitely be back in the future!!
