Refused to accommodate a 8 person party. Wouldn't move tables for us. We were looking forward to eating here. Stunned by their reactions.

Really great food and a relaxed atmosphere. The mixed greens that came as my side were an unexpected pleasure. Perfectly dressed with a light oil and vinegar with a tiny nibble of spice. My pressed ham sandwich was delicious as well.

This was our 2nd time eating here. We live the atmosphere. The service has always been great. Drinks are always refilled. I think they have a limited menu. We went for brunch. My husband got the chicken and waffles. The chicken was tender and moist. The 🧇 meh... I ordered Jack Benny. It was good. The hashcake was tasty. Can't say that this is my 1st choice for brunch, but it's definitely a great find.

Me and my wife ordered our normal meal from BBB in Springhill on Friday 2/7 and when our food came out, mine was not hot and my wife’s food came out with bacon pretty much burnt to a crisp. She immediately asked the waiter if she could get some more bacon? The waiter said of course! A minute or so later the waiter returns with my wife’s plate and informs her that the kitchen said that the bacon they gave her was the best they could do. My wife responded and said “if that’s your best I don’t want it.” Why would you tell a paying customer that’s the best you can do when there weren’t many customers and it takes minutes to fry bacon! Come on people! We must do better if you want people to come to your restaurant! Then to top it off the waiter came out with the check and stated she took off my wife’s meal like she done is a favor! Of course you took it off the bill because she didn’t eat it because it wasn’t right! BBB Springhill please do better because my wife and I enjoy this place and this was our first bad experience and hopefully the last.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. The best biscuit and gravy I have had in a long time and the sausage actually tasted like sausage instead of a tasteless piece of gristle. Everything cooked to profection. Plenty of room to move between tables without knocking anyone over. This is expecally good for people as big as me. Enjoy, I know I will be back!

The best French toast my wife and I have ever had to date. I was given just a taste. I had the Jack Benny with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. The orange juice was fresh squeeze. Everything was so delicious.

The Biscuit Crumble breakfast was phenomenal. BBB has the best coffee and our server, Madeleine, was excellent! Highly recommended!

Five of us came here for breakfast. We ordered coffee. The music was so loud we could barely hear each other talk. We asked our waiter if they could turn it down some. He brought our coffee and we asked again if the establishment could turn down the music and he told us it was as low as it could go. It was very annoying so we paid for our coffee, left and went elsewhere.

An amazing place! My wife and I went here for lunch this morning and the food was incredible, the staff was super kind and gave the impression that they weren't just working there but truly wanted to be there! I would 11/10 recommend and if I lived closer I would go often. For sure telling friends and family about how great my experience was. Ryan who served us was incredible and delightful!

I’m absolutely obsessed with their hashcakes! They’re surprisingly packed with flavor, considering how simple they are. While I haven’t had the chance to dine in yet, every time I pick up a to-go order, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere seems warm and relaxing, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. They clearly take great care in maintaining the place.

To address the situation with Big Bad Breakfast:

Review for Big Bad Breakfast
Location: [Spring Hill ]

I recently visited Big Bad Breakfast and was denied entry at the door because of my service animal, which violates both federal and state laws regarding access rights for individuals with disabilities. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Tennessee law (Tenn. Code Ann. § 62-7-112, § 39-14-205), service animals are permitted in all public establishments, including restaurants, as they assist individuals with disabilities by performing specific tasks.

Staff are legally allowed to ask only two questions:
1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
2. What tasks or work has the dog been trained to perform?

They cannot deny access based on the presence of a service animal, demand documentation, or make assumptions about my disability. Despite attempting to explain this, I was still refused entry, which is not only disheartening but also discriminatory.

I hope this business takes steps to educate its staff on the laws protecting individuals with service animals to prevent this from happening to others.

I am one of the 10 ten google reviewers in the united state for America restaurants. This company needs to understand even if I don’t sue them, this not only hurts my family but their business.

I don’t know how the food is here because I never got a chance to try it.
