Salvos went above and beyond for me. A very bad Grubhub delivery situation was not only totally corrected by Salvos, but they insisted on remaking my order for free and they delivered it! Delicious!
I am writing a review based on customer service. I ordered two pizzas using their on-line ordering service. After I put in all my payment information and clicking on “place order” the web site went blank. Not knowing if it went through or not I checked my bank statement and the $53.30 charge was pending so I called the restaurant and the young lady answered the phone (who was very polite) told me they have a ton of issues with the on-line ordering and that this happens all...read full review
