Something about the fish batter or the fish in general has changed. The service and the atmosphere was fantastic.

Ordered a 3 piece fish dinner in the drive thru, cost over 13 dollars, took over 25 minutes. Got home, only had 2 pieces of fish. Everything tasted fine, but half of the meal was cold. Will not give this location my business anymore.
I went through the drive thru to save some time. It took 5 minutes before anybody answered the speaker. I placed my order, pulled up to the window and paid. Sat at the window for 5-7 minutes before I was asked to pull forward to the end of the building. I don't know what the employees are doing on the inside, but I will not be back.

As I proceeded to walk in, they were pretty busy. However, they took my order promptly. My food was ready in a fair amount of time. Moreover, my food was fresh and prepared just the way I liked it. Not to mention, I used to live in the area and would eat here often. Being that it's not many around anymore, I make it my point to stop there every time I come to the area. They have not disappointed.

Waited in the drive in line for quite a while the car behind me pulled off. The female employee came and apologized for the long wait and asked for my order and as I start a male employee comes on and says we are taking no more orders. I said are you kidding me. He said we've already dumped all the food.

This is the second time I've been there and got disappointed the food seem to be cooked in advance, sitting under a not so hot light, was not hot or freshly cooked although it wasn't as old/ timed out as bad as it was the last time that I went there , well the only thing that was hot was the side ordered okra that they had to cook & they always manage to leave something off the order no coleslaw... The window clerk was very nice... I had a 12 hour day and if I stop and buy food at an establishment I want your food to be fresh, hot and you want it to be hot, I don't know what happened to customer service or the standard of excellence the restaurants industries use to abide by... The list of reputable places to get a hot meal on the run dwindling down..Sad

Employees and manager lie cause they're more worried about closing right at 8. then turn around and say we been closed 2 minutes later. Employees disrespectful and clearly learn that type of behavior is ok from that manager. Will never return to that establishment for any reason in future. Rather drive further to Columbia to other captain D's or Long John silvers.
