Show up at 10pm, they don’t close till 11pm. Theres no food up. They tell me only barbacoa is available. Seriously?? This location always has an excuse. A whole other hour of operations for what if you don’t sell what you advertise to your customers?? Not to mention this location smells like a bathroom every time you walk in. Embarrassing for this location to be representing the Chipotle chain. Go to Cava before here. It’s always something here.

It was the end of the night, and the food was still fresh and delicious. The workers were fast and friendly, and they didn't skimp on the guacamole!! It was great!
Dietary restrictions: I love their vegetarian and keto options.
Matt the guy working the drive up window did not put double chicken in the bowl. I asked him and he assured me there was so I moved all the chicken to the side to show them and went back inside. I spend $100/week and more in catering for my company. I’ll be taking my business to Franklin.
Also just ate the small amount of chicken and it was old and dry. This location is not very good at all, reading the reviews. Maybe guys like Matt need to find a job that’s not customer facing.
