Really poorly kept location. They don’t even put normal portions for kids meals. It wasn’t even like a manager was looking over their shoulders to make sure they skimped to save money. They were just too lazy to care about filling the proper amounts. The young guy even dropped the tongs completely into the barbacoa and kept scooping for the next person, covered in barbacoa.
Workers appear to be put out by your presence.
I generally will be avoiding this place in the future. Poorly managed. Location must be really suffering from lack of applications with the people they hired.

The dining room is consistently dirty and unkept and the food is quite literally the worst of any chipotle I’ve ever been to. I was a HUGE chipotle fan and used to have it at least a couple times a week but this location has ruined my entire appetite for the brand. The chicken is constantly overcooked. It is not carmelized, it’s burnt from the grill’s carbon build up from not being cleaned throughout the day. Oh and they are stingy with their portions too. I feel like a begger going through the line to get the bottom of my bowl covered with rice. Save your money and hit the food warmer from the gas station next door. It will be a better experience.

I’m in shock to say that this location is in need of a review. The atmosphere dirty (tables,floors and bathrooms) service not great . The food needs work and being out of items and looking clueless like the store normally has sauces like salsa. For $26 I got not worth it … Springhill location 👎👎

Ordered nearly 70 dollars worth of take out. They put two small bags of chips in the entire order, enough for one or two meals, not 6 or 7 which is what I bought for.

We were overcharged and mischarged for 3 items. It was quite clear that the store had made mistakes. When we brought it to the attention of management at the store and corporate, they did nothing. We won't be going back to this location

To the girl who just made my chipotle bowl. You deserve the biggest raise ever. i’ve never had such a good bowl. Everything was perfectly proportioned and you were super sweet. - August 1st
I placed a drive thru window order and when she handed it to me it felt empty, I get home and open my bowl up to this… rationing is one thing but this is just disrespectful

I’m sorry to say the consistency at this store is a problem. It’s a gamble to order from here. The last two pick ups something’s been wrong with the chicken. It was so salty and the last time it was so spicy and my toddler couldn’t eat it. Please start accurately measuring spices

Absolutely DONE with this location Always rip people off on portions, we had to start paying extra for “double protein” and still don’t even get normal amount. Today was the last straw, didn’t even get half of a bowl and barely any Protein MAYBE 1/4 of “normal” amount. A manager needs to speak to and re-train employees this is HORRIBLE service. What a waste of money.

Got the steak burrito 🌯 it was a truly amazing burrito 🌯 bathrooms are clean 🧼 staff is friendly 🙌 I recommend this Chipotle for your burrito needs 🌯
