It was the end of the night, and the food was still fresh and delicious. The workers were fast and friendly, and they didn't skimp on the guacamole!! It was great!

Matt the guy working the drive up window did not put double chicken in the bowl. I asked him and he assured me there was so I moved all the chicken to the side to show them and went back inside. I spend $100/week and more in catering for my company. I’ll be taking my business to Franklin.
Also just ate the small amount of chicken and it was old and dry. This location is not very good at all, reading the reviews. Maybe guys like Matt need to find a job that’s not customer facing.

We ordered and had it delivered by Uber eats…..the guacamole was black and disgusting. I thought Chipotle was better than this…..I need a refund for the guacamole at least…..terrible experience and would not recommend this store.
Review update…..the reply for chipotle below is automated and bullshit. That link couldn’t help me and kept directing me to the delivery and not chipotle. So they take no responsibility for my order with rotten old food in it. Disgusting…..

Came here recently after having gone to Bubbakoo's and getting a burrito so small I was questioning my sanity. I drove down the block to Chipotle, and I got the same order as I got at Bubbakoo's and got nearly 3 times the burrito.
Burrito order for both places was: White rice, double steak, black beans, cheese, and lettuce. Kept exactly equal so I could see a valid equal comparison.
It's shocking to see the difference, and really, not much else needs to be said as a picture is worth a thousand words.
The staff at this Chipotle is speedy, kind, and generous with portions.

Nope. I thought, "Hey, I'll call the store. They'd probably like to know that there might be something wrong with the meat there.
Nah, bro. You can't call. You get the robot lady who tells you that the best way to 'vent' is to go to their website. Of course, if there's an actual food emergency, you have to argue with her until she finally relents and sends you to an OVERSEAS customer service call center, where the guy will ask you, "What zip code is the store in?"
Nope. Not going back. Not paying $58 for meat that tastes literally sour. Never again.

I genuinely have never received COLDER food in my life. It was like they put my bowl in the freezer before I picked it up. Also don’t ask for extra fajita veggies.. or fajita veggies in general because you will never get them.
