I ordered a glass a wine and the glass was super dirty so I had to ask for another. They were out of beer and margaritas. Silverware wasn't clean either. The food wasn't bad and our server was a sweetheart that kept apologizing for everything. Maybe everyone is just tired....idk but they need to step it up.

This review is late as we where visiting the great state of Tennessee last November.
How can food change within a few hours? We actually had breakfast which was great! But. When we went back for dinner it wasn't great. I've been eating at this brand for quite a while. I can say I know their food. So we ordered and her dinner was good but mine I had to take a double look something was different and disgusting. Everything but the fries was hot and looked freshly...

While I loved Cracker Barrel for a very long time, the quality of food has just continued to decline. Unfortunately for me it is only now when it’s the only option I will eat there.
