I played a to go order using the online ordering process and when I went to pick up my order the store had only prepared one meal out of the three (3) I ordered. Most of the food was ok, mashed potatoes were very lumpy.
Bad part was Cracker Barrel has taken some of their best items off of the menu. I went there specifically for the chicken pot pie. It is no longer offered. No pork chops anymore either.
Parking: Not as many people eating there now, so there was plenty of parking spots.

Pancakes were good, I like crunchy pancakes.
The grits were good until I found a small piece of bacon in my bowl. I don't like eating pork out.
However, I got full before I found it.
I still recommend it! We were at Cracker Barrel spring hill.
I prefer Columbia location.
