We got to Culver’s in Spring Hill at 11:45 and it’s now 12:05 and we don’t have our food. I went to the counter to check and they said it would be another 10 minutes. Terrible service. Yes they are busy but 30 minutes to get our order? I’m sure it doesn’t take 30 minutes in the drive thru.
