Service staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is a prime spot right off of Main Street and has a nice easy access drive through. We, however, went inside.

The donuts were old....tables/floors were dirty. I was informed by my husband not to risk the restroom if neccessary. Perhaps a deep clean is in store, but won't be returning for more, despite the amazing/kind customer service.

On Saturday November 17th I ordered a cup of coffee in the drive through. The manager asked me if I would like to donate 1.00 to a charity and I said NO. The manager charged me the 1.00 anyway. I have filed a complaint with DD headquarters and with the TN Attorney General and the CFPB. I have been coming here for 10 years so this was surprising. Customer Beware and an Audit needs to be completed. It’s the principle of it. As the consumer I am the decision maker if i want to donate to a certain charity. NOT THE MANAGER.

Stood at the register for five minutes to place an order. Two employees were working on drive thru or online orders and never even acknowledged we were there so we walked out. One employee walked over from the ice cream counter so I know she saw us. We understand that they were busy but it isn't difficult to say "we will be with you in a minute"

Horrible experience. I come here very frequently, and I get the same thing every time. They tend to underfill the drinks, I guess in order to save product? I have never complained about this. I usually let it go since I’m a regular customer, but today’s experience was absurd. When it comes to a large drink, I expect it to be filled to the top. My drink today was very low, and I hadn’t even taken a sip. It looked like someone had taken 5 gigantic gulps and then it was served. I took three sips and the cup was at the halfway mark. Ridiculous! This is a common problem with this location. Just fill the dang cup! It’s not that hard! When I asked if they could fill to the top, she refused. Maybe she’s the one who took the big gulps. ? I won’t be coming here again.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. There was a cockroach in the men’s bathroom. Also my latte was supposed to be hot and it was not hot whatsoever. My sandwich was cold as well.

The service here is horrible!! The employees are rude and act inconvenienced when ordering every single time. Also, do they ever clean the place?! They need to get rid of current management and just start over. DO BETTER! They’re ALWAYS out of most donuts no matter the time of day. And since when do they start charging $1.09 for a freaking WATER?!!!!

every time i come here they always take forever!! it’s always in the drive thru too. i've probably waited max 15 minutes with NO cars in the line. i had to repeat my order like three times last time i came. these people need better training.
