The one in Springhill only the one in port Royal very disorganized mean staff dirty there.the one in Columbia they never have anything run out of donuts by 10 am.donuts are very expensive

Both Springhill locations are the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve ever been in the United States. I travel all over.. My drinks are wrong. My order is wrong.. If I order with a mobile order, it’s never done and have to wait, And then they usually don’t have it in stock so then I either lose my money cause I can’t cancel it and give you my money back or get something that I don’t want.
I realize how much money I give Dunkin’ Donuts and they keep screwing me over. Deleted the app, avoiding all Dunkin’ Donuts. Going to McDonald’s get my dollar iced coffee - to get fast and correct order! Shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to get a coffee

I spent 15 minutes at the speaker waiting to place me order, With no response . I then went Inside the store placed my order for 2 coffees 1 cream and sugar,the 2nd one black with sugar. After 30 minutes I finally received my coffee. As I got back to the motel room, I noticed both coffees had cream. This experience makes me never want to get Dunkin ever again. Bad service

Went on Friday morning early and was told unless I order Thur the app it would be a 15 minute wait, due to the fact she was the only one working. Scheduling is not the customers responsibility, excuses are not needed. If your open then open all the way up. Drove to different option was taken care of in a quick efficient manner.
