This location is always slow. It takes 20 minutes with only 3 people in drive through and not many people in store. Can they not do more than 1 order at a time?

Ordered 2 refresher which were made correctly
Then ordered 2 donuts 1 apple fritter which was correct (stale but correct). Then I ordered a chocolate iced vanilla crème donut (chocolate icing on top vanilla cream frosting in the center)
Gave me the incorrect donut being powered, I went back to get the correct donut and the guy at the drive through tried to argue with me about what donut I wanted… saying I’m wrong and then still ended up giving me the wrong (stale) one after I decided I wasn’t about to argue about which one I ordered. Won’t be back after such a silly and ridiculous experience.

I hate giving one star reviews but here we are. Last night I came in hoping to get some awesome donuts and a frozen blended caramel coffee thing. I normally go to the Dunkin on Port Royal road but they were closed but dang it I wanted some donuts lol. I got my order, paid for it and headed to the counter. I wasn't told yall were pretty well out for the day. He said well we can refund you the money for them or you can choose what's under the counter. Nothing looked good and there really wasn't any choice. I said you know what you can refund me. Yall need an option where if you're out of ones you can't order them or say something like hey we're out for the day we only have what's under the counter or better yet whip up one small batch of each. Sorry but my iced coffee wasn't made right. I wanted it in blended frozen and he made it wrong he just threw it on ice. At this point I'm just so frustrated I didn't say anything. Also there wasn't hardly any whipped cream at all on it it just had a plop and looked like sadness and pure regret. I won't be back to this location ever again I'll just go to Port Royal Road from now on...

Service staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is a prime spot right off of Main Street and has a nice easy access drive through. We, however, went inside.

The donuts were old....tables/floors were dirty. I was informed by my husband not to risk the restroom if neccessary. Perhaps a deep clean is in store, but won't be returning for more, despite the amazing/kind customer service.

On Saturday November 17th I ordered a cup of coffee in the drive through. The manager asked me if I would like to donate 1.00 to a charity and I said NO. The manager charged me the 1.00 anyway. I have filed a complaint with DD headquarters and with the TN Attorney General and the CFPB. I have been coming here for 10 years so this was surprising. Customer Beware and an Audit needs to be completed. It’s the principle of it. As the consumer I am the decision maker if i want to donate to a certain charity. NOT THE MANAGER.
