Zec was so patient with me today when I asked him to remake a drink I wasn’t satisfied with! He was kind, understanding, and wanted to make sure I didn’t leave until I enjoyed the drink I ordered. I appreciated that so much!
Not a fan of how they put the card reader out the window and it asks if i want to tip while the employee watches over me. Talk about being put on the spot! I dont have any ownership in dunkin nor am I a manager. Im not responsible for their wages.
I go through the drive through and it’s always fast, friendly and my drinks are perfect!
