Kyla was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing so kind and excellent at her job. She made us feel like family at this restaurant. It’s Sunday, and we got to the restaurant a little after 12:30. Seated right away, many dirty tables, some were just getting cleaned as we were ready to leave at 1:40. From our table we could see 6 dirty tables—2 right beside us.. We love the food, but the surroundings don’t make it a pleasant experience. This is not the first time we have experienced this..
Two weekends in a row my daughter and I were told the wait would be 30 minutes. Both weekends I had to approach the desk and ask why 20+ people came in AFTER we signed in. This is pathetic customer service!
