It would be nice if the chicken and wild rice soup had chicken in it. The last 3 times i have tried it there wasnt any chicken. For the price they charge it is disappointing. Bring back the bag sandwich it is the best thing panera has had in a long time.
Big difference between Alabama and Tennessee locations. I am glad my friend brought me here. I ordered medetitenian salad with chicken and really liked it. Portion is big, veggies fresh, chicken meat soft, lady at front desk friendly and helpful. All place is well organized and welcoming.
The best customer service I have experienced! I came in to get 6 cinnamon crunch bagels for my mom's graduation as they are her favorite. They only had 1 left, however the manager and team lead were very polite and offered different ways to handle the situation. I left with bagels and a couple pastries. Very satisfied with the hospitality I received.
