They were out of salad on a Sunday. I did an online order for a later time in the day for 1:00 and I did the order at 12:00. I was expecting to pick the pizza up at 1:00. I got a notification at 12:15 that I needed to pick up my pizza. When I got there my pizza was sitting out on a rack in the waiting room and not in a refrigerator. So it was done before 1:00. Then having to drive home with uncooked toppings and meat and cheese risks getting bad bacteria. Food should not sit out...read full review

So thankful for awesome employees! I stopped in and ordered a pizza. I told them I had kids in the car, so I’ll come back in in a couple minutes to grab it. They brought it out to my car instead! It’s those simple things that can make a tired mom’s day!

Papa Murphy's in spring Hill is a great dinner for families especially with little ones! They offer great deals on family size pizzas and even have mini pizzas for the kids to make themselves. The service is always friendly and sincere. They try to go above and beyond to ensure customers get out without having to wait a long time. They take the time to treat their guests kindly and engage in conversation.
