We had the best drive-through experience to date yesterday. It's tough for everyone right now, but the staff was friendly and the manager was hilarious as she rang up our order. She chatted with us at the window... was full of energy and even broke out funny accents during our interaction. I've seen her before as I often go in to work/escape the crazy at our house and she is always awesome, but this was a whole new level and it made our day. Keep it up Spring Hill Starbucks!!
The employees in this starbucks are extremely rude. When I first walked in, I was looked at by three different employees, but not acknowledged by any of them, waited for a few minutes before one of the three employees finally went and got a different employee to take my order. The worst part though was their lack of regard for the customers in the store. Had absolutely no recommendations on low carb/Keto! Will go to the Starbucks in Kroger from now on instead of dealing with incompetent staffing.
