Worst Starbucks in Spring Hill if you make a mobile order, I promise you it will not be ready by the time you get there you will still wait 20 to 25 minutes to get your mobile order. That’s how slow that Starbucks in Spring Hill is I suggest going to the one on crossings Avenue. It’s way faster and tastes much better or I would go to Dunkin but not the one on Wall Street because they are just as bad. I waited over 40 minutes for a mobile order at the Starbucks in Spring Hill on Main Street. That’s unacceptable.
Ordered a water only and was told at the window that they cannot give me water due to their policy of having to purchase something and I was willing to pay for the water however they would not allow me to buy the water… denying water is inhumane regardless of paying or not.

I go to Starbucks most days and today I got a tainted coffee the creamer container must have been wiped out with a rag and had a chemical on it. My coffee had to be thrown out. I wish that i would have noticed earlier but it was too hot at the time. Please just make good coffee and keep things clean! BTW: SERVING AMERICANOS IN A SINGLE CUP DOES NOT WORK!!!! I ended up trying to take my first sip and the lid popped off and spilled in a store I usually get a 2nd cup for this issue. Please just double cup them for our safety.

This location has really gone down hill in the last few months. The coffee is never done correctly and the employees are frequently rude. I ordered a cappuccino today and it had a very off/chemical taste. I asked for them to remake it, I've never done that before. By the time I got to the speaker, I decided that just a drip in it's place might be my best bet. I didn't want another funky cappuccino. We specifically asked for a venti Guatemalan with heavy cream in its place. What I got was a tall, cold coffee and started to walk away. We told her that we were supposed to have a venti , she re-brewed it and gave me a Pikes Place with half and half. This location needs friendlier employees, and more training on being a barrista.

Megan is the absolute rudest human. How she has a job in the service industry is beyond me. Her attitude is constantly the same and has been that way forever she hates life and it’s obvious.. Find someone better

The drinks were really good except their online menu wasn't current and one of the drinks (out of 4) was out of season so that was disappointing. And there were a lot of flies among the food display case and prep area.

My son dropped his lemon loaf today on the floor. He was very upset and it was a situation. We sat back down and chandler came over with fresh lemon loaf handing it to us. He told us to have a great day and hopes it gets better. This is a beautiful act of kindness & exactly what the world needs. Thank you chandler! You set a wonderful example for my little boy & the world alike!

It's Starbucks. The coffee was good I got an iced cinnamon dolce latte. The staff was friendly. It was busy, but it only took five minutes to fill my order. The place was clean
