Worst coffee ever!!!! Basically watered down hot milk. They were not busy and bad service. No sleeves for cup and burned my hand. Never going back and will tell others!!!!!!!

I ordered and payed for a $6 white chocolate mocha and instead they gave me a regular hot chocolate which only costs $3

I use DoorDash for service. Once a year you become missing in action for 6 weeks during the fall. Bogus! You don’t tell anyone why or when you are coming back. You don’t allow the crossings circle Starbucks to do DoorDash either. At least you could do your pointless reconstruction in the summer time or never. You are very disappointing. I am a huge Starbucks fan. Please up your game, seriously!

I asked for my drink to be iced and decaf. I didn't mind not receiving iced, I would have definitely preferred it, but I need my drinks to be decaf.

Awful!!!! I ordered a sandwich a cake pop and a pumpkin spice…. Very simple order. No name asked, the counter girl had no use what bread my sandwich came with. I ate my entire sandwich, my daughter ate her cake pop and still no coffee. I went up and stood there… no one looked up at all like u was not visible. When I asked they said oh we just haven’t gotten to it. Another 5 min same occurrence when I walk up to be told it had been sitting on the barista machine the whole time. They literally put it down said nothing and walked away!!!!!! Trash!!!!!!

This was so facinating. I came in and was reading and writing. Then I made 5 friends. Part of it was my outsized aura, but a large part of it was due to the people of this specific starbucks being oddly friendly. Shared some laughs with the strangers in my community. Had facinating conversations. I little girl even attempted to give me the cake pop her mom just bought her, so adorable.

Got a free refill even tho I barely had the money, they were so kind and gave a complimentary refill even tho it wasn't the norm. I didn't even have to mention that I was broke, he smelled it. A friendly man from my past who was good friends with me smiled and was like "I got you." . There's this one guy here that's always friendly whenever I come in. It's just a super great time here.

One reason I simply cannot give 5 stars though, y'all have a cleanliness and flies issue... not the workers fault they're working as hard as they can go... I just think at one point spending $50-$100 for professional cleaning to exterminate the rampant flies and dirtiness would be worthwhile.

EDIT: I had to raise to *FIVE STARS* because the cute barista gave me water even tho they were closed. Too kind!

Very rude staff, complaining about parking are rv in parking lot. Even though we are unable to go through drive thru. Plus we weren't blocking traffic. I was the only customer. Ordered two drinks and plenty of gifts. As we are National Fire protection emergency service.

I just want to preface I am NEVER one to leave a review. The absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been too. They are consistent with their slow service and lousy drinks. Always out of alternative milks… just bad. Worried more about what they’re talking about in the store they mess up the drinks.Go to Dunkin down the street.

Spring Hill, TN. Not the best Starbucks due to the smaller size and flat affect of the staff and not announcing our sandwich when it was ready for pickup. I’m used to the caffeinated upbeat smiles of the Starbucks spots my husband frequents in Orlando. The person putting my husband’s sandwich on the counter did not announce his name, so if he hadn’t been watching he would’ve been waiting longer. Their greetings were soft and unsmiling today. As I entered the first time no greeting. I forgot my wallet in the car so the 2nd time I entered I looked to see if there’d be a greeting. Eye contact yes, but no smile and just a “Hello,” from red-haired person. The person at register didn’t smile. Nobody smiled. Oh wait, I smiled at the person with glasses and long ponytail and hoop earrings and that person gave a nice smile back. There are 10 cafe tables, four of which had a padded bench along the wall. There was 1 armchair seating arrangement with three armchairs and a low table.Patrons inside today were all 7 doing remote work. Patrons picking up inside looked depressed. Maybe the team is quiet so as not to bother them? But definitely a somber ambiance today.Drive through went well.

They work hard, I appreciate them always making the effort to be fast and greet you despite being overwhelmed at points in the day!
