Steak was not cooked the way it was ordered. Staff offered to take it back and get another steak. We were not comfortable doing that and decided to eat the steak that was served. Staff agreed that it was not cooked correctly. The drinking glasses felt gritty and dirty on the outside. Several of the small plates were dirty that were set on the table upside down. Staff was awesome atmosphere is great surroundings are new and clean.
We are truckers and came off the road and were really hungry and were greeted by Linda with a great smile and good conversation. She even stopped eating her meal to take a picture for us. Would give her 10 stars if we could.
We had a great experience at this Texas Roadhouse! Even tho we arrived before this store opened, the manager allowed us to come in early, staff was ready and waiting to seat and serve us. Service was awesome, the food was fantastic and we had a great time. I highly recommend the Ft. Worth Ribeye, so good I will reorder again the next time I'm here and I usually like to try a variety when at the same store.
