me and my friends went there for a late night snack and there was great service, really nice workers, they helped me when my card wouldn’t work overall good experience with my friends.
I'd love me some fresh and good arbys but I find this place is not consistent. At times I am blow away with warm crispy fries and hot roast beef. Other times I feel like my order was just sitting in the back away from the heatlamps for 30 mins and then someone says "HEY, that bags got his order in it!". 30 min old soggy bun flat fries. It means some staff care and the others down right dont care. Should be simple to figure out it but i'll not be back to this location, much better...read full review

The good parts: bun was excellent and service was fast. The bad the corned beef wasn’t that good. I didn’t expect New York deli quality but it was underwhelming. The biggest disappointment was the fries. The curly fries were barely half full and some were regular fries. I know being the fry person is a thankless job because I did it in high school. I can say I never filled a box half full so pretty poor effort.
