She crafted the most incredible Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich on ciabatta—it was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Every bite was perfection, and it genuinely made my day. I love eating at tropical smoothie!! The smoothies are refreshing and the food is light yet filling. My personal favorite menu items are the chipotle chicken club flatbread and the bahama mama smoothie. I've never had a bad customer service experience and the overall feel of this place is just really cool.

Kid-friendliness: Tropical smoothie has a kids menu including three 12oz smoothies, a quesadilla, and a turkey cheddar wrap (all very appealing to children)....

I'm in the customer service business and I know how hard it is to find good help. The young lady who was working the drive thru was extremely nice and inquired how my day was an made small talk while I waited for my food & smoothie, which was delicious as always. I've had other experiences like this from this same location. The vibe I get from the staff is always upbeat and happy. Just nice to get a thank you for your business which is hard these days.
