I had to change my review, as the service has become down right unpleasant and we have been told, on more than one occasion, that they don't have an item we placed an order for (last wknd they didn't have tenders, this wknd it was nuggets). They lady at the service window that works nights, is often rude & almost always tells you to pull up and wait, after you pay. I'm sure this will be followed by the usual 'sorry about your experience...blah, blah, blah' to which I'll say, don't bother. Wendy's has better food, friendly service and is a block away. I'll take my business there. I'm sorry your night cashier hates her life, I hope it gets better soon though, it's costing you.

Greek Gyro, Got food poisoning, currently trying to recover. Not recommended.
Went in today at 2.45 pm got a # 15 smokehouse brisket meal, and the brisket did not have mayo on the top like it was supposed to, the onion crinkles were old and brisket was dry and had a slice of cheddar on it, as a city employee and a former Arby's employee i will never be going back to this location

Curly fries were stale. The automated jus for the French dip tasted old and burnt. Both these are not typical for this restaurant.

Just wanted to apologize to the night crew for being hungry and coming thru drive thru instead of just going home and cooking after my long day of serving food to customers and being pleasant. I'm sorry you seem to really dislike your job, for whatever reason. I hope you stay blessed and that you can find some sort of happiness in your current situation.
It's fast food so it's hit or miss.
Some visits are nice and others are not. Some night crews seem to really hate their jobs.
