The young ladies were sweet and sympathetic that's why I can't say anything bad about the service. They must have been short staffed and work with want they had. This was the first time I been to Bojenals ana had so many people waiting on their food. The two ladies that was working did a wonderful job of getting orders out even though I had to wait longer than usual. I don't have nothing to say bad about customer service when I know they're trying to do the best they can with what and whom they have. No complaints from me. I know it's hard but both ladies did it with a smile 😊. That made my day. 💜

I’m not one to write reviews but here we are. I went through the drive through and the AI messed up my order. I politely told them that the order was wrong and they were rude about it. They had me pull up to wait and I then waited 20 mins before I drove back around asking what happened. I got my food and the order was still wrong and it was cold. Terrible experience

I have always enjoyed going to this establishment, largely due to the quality of the food and the hospitality of the staff. The staff made the drive-thru pleasant and honestly brightened my day with their sweet and good nature.
The restaurant has now switched to AI taking orders, and as I result I sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes just to be told they didn't have what I ordered. The decision to use AI is nothing more than a shareholder driven and soulless money grab to not pay real people living wage.
