I’d like to share this review/opinion. The food here is really good! My favorite is the breakfast chicken fillet with totes ♥️ of all fast food in Springfield, bojangles is where you mostly can see us. I rate the service only 3 stars because(this happened twice) one time we were in drive through and my man asked if he can have the mustard instead of buffalo sauce… we were starving that time and he was so excited for his food(Bojangles has a good mustard!) just to realized that they still gave him the buffalo sauce even though the lady asked my man for confirmation if he actually wants mustard. 2nd time, this happened today, We got drinks and we got totes again and we were expecting to have straws at least since our food comes with drinks and there were no ketchup as well. I see that the owner is reading reviews and the owner is also responding.. I am hoping that he/she will see this review. I left this review not to hate but rather to contribute for a better service not just for us but for other people as well. It can be very frustrating when you are starving and craving just to realized that your order messed up. That would be all! We are hoping that our next visit at Bojangles/next drive through will be a good one!! ☝️ More power to Bojangles! ♥️

Food was good but the lady speaking took way too long I had to be at a wedding pronto! When I got my food I was really excited for ALL of my fries I spent good money on it and didn’t even get all of the fries! At least they gave me honey mustard unlike Hardees thank you for the waste of time.

They got my order wrong, then like insult to injury, I went in to tell them but then they made me wait OUTSIDE for them to "get my order for me". They were really rude.

first experience was great the lady help a lot great services from her didn’t get her name I give her good tips. 2nd experience was bad bad services the manager is disrespectful his name is George Letter if I get his last name correctly . He need to be more professional with customer. He need to reconsider to be a manger. Even I call up to the store and spoke to him not even finish the talking or solved the matter he just hang up on me not once but twice. if I could give 00 star I would because he has no customer services and discrimination. I’m a manger myself I never hang up the phone on customers who have concerns of the orders. And think how he would handle the customers inside the shop. You are manger doesn’t mean you the boss. He act like he the boss! Customer can disrespectful but your service make the difference.

The bo rounds were cooked to very dark brown hard as a rock took them back in they said that's the way there supposed to be I been eating bo jangles for thirty years never seen anything like that never go back there
