Whoever the big lady was at drive thru today is, needs a course in customer service. I don't care how bad your job is or how you're feeling, to say absolutely nothing to a customer after being thanked or greeted, its not acceptable. We go to BK for an expected level of dissapointment, this time was bar none the worst we've had in a long while. Food wasn't fresh, stale nuggets, way over cooked chared burger, half a cup of mayo on the burger (probably not to spec). We'll give ya another try in a year i suppose. Lets see if we can improve on the customer service side of things by then, i doubt we'd see an improvement on the food.

Waited forever for hard and cold fries also got blessed with dry chewy chicken fries. They used a lot of salt on the fries I assume to try to hide the nasty flavor of old fries. I Threw away 3 medium fries and a medium chicken fry but I did enjoy my burger after reheating it at home.

The new manager is not a problem solver I figured that out rather quickly. She also gave me way to much information about her employer as far as what time he clocked in this morning and let me know the district manager would call me after church. After waiting for the fresh French toast sticks we got our food brought outside to us. 2 large hashbrowns a 5 price french toast stick two croissants and a loaded beefy croissant was all in one bag which ripped almost in half when she handed it to me and we get the food home and the greasy hashbrowns are way way greasy and the crossaints are flat as a pancake. I took pics bcs the grease on the hash browns is so much its soaked through the entire box. It's a shame to lay 24 bucks for breakfast and it not be worth 5 cents... If only there was an option to post pictures i would show you the mess we got.. just pathetic.

Waited 20 mins for some cold fries and 8 cheese bits . They are slow and very unorganized! Haven’t had a good experience the past few times I have came ! And the sweet tea taste watered down !

Denise helped us in the drive through and we had all been traveling for a long time and had a bad day and she went above and beyond. I know it's fast food but she was absolutely amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Came in because drive through was busy. Food was okay. My only complaint wasy order sat under the heat for almost 10 minutes before they handed it out. Drive through orders were getting out like crazy though. Food wasn't as fresh as I would have liked it to be for having to

I have been here many times in the past, but it seems this one or this location. Great management, great people and the food is awesome. I just hope you let your employees know how much you care about them because they’re the reason I keep coming back.

Upon entering lobby the floor was greasy. Service was OK. I got a chicken sandwich and fries. They were not hot and the chicken pattie did not taste fresh. Very disappointed but I didn't complain.

So I honestly haven’t had the best experiences here. Food wasn’t good and employees sub par. Today however I was amazed at the service and food quality! The woman made my kids smile laugh and they got their crowns. And they checked the quality of my food before giving it to me.
