Ordered on line pickup at drive through was given wrong order. Went back to get it corrected and waited 10 min before anyone appeared at the cash register. Then when manager did show up and I handed her the bag of the wrong food to get what I ordered she handed me the bag and I said it has to be cold now, because I dove all the way back to work and back and the attitude from that manager was awful. They lost me as a customer. I will never eat at Burger King in Springfield...read full review
I usually don't eat food from no fast food restaurant, as I walk a lot through Springfield.
The food is great, see ice is pleasant and the burgers delicious.
