Worst location I’ve been to. I’ve given it several tries thinking it was a fluke that they got my order wrong. Nope, wrong every time.
Staff is not polite whether at drive through, or in person. Last and final visit, heard the manager cussing behind the counter.

We love DQ ice-cream but every time we come they get our order wrong 😂 we order the same thing every time and every time it’s a completely different thing.
Also the service is really bad. Always rude employees. The last time we went I asked for a small icecream cone with chocolate icecream and vanilla icecream and she angrily told me “we can’t do that!”
And then after I waited she found a way to ring it up and charged me $4.00 for a small icecream cone.
Very unprofessional interactions in the lobby between coworkers, and also had to wait at the counter for several minutes before being helped.
Honestly, I love DQ and will always go if I want a treat but we may never come back to support this location. Really bad customer service. And they always get our order wrong 😅

Honestly, I come here many times and I’ve started slowing down because it seems like the service the food and everything else is just going downhill if this is how everybody’s gonna act and get treated like crap when I go somewhere, they might as well tear this place down and put something actually worth it if you’re looking for some good food go somewhere else if you’re looking for good customer service go anywhere else you’re already in the parking lot of Kroger so just go pick up some food and make it for yourself because at least it’s gonna be made right and not treated like crap

Next time y'all make an Oreo blizzard, Try puttin some Oreos in it........got a medium last night for 7 bux....... hardly has an Oreo in it.... VERY disappointing
The cashier was very rude she always is there not busy not rushing I was kind thank you an please an was still disrepected I don't like coming here but my son like it I don't even eat

If I could give negative stars, this would be one for the books. I give this location a -20. My Mother In Law and I stopped by to get my dinner after the Dr's office. I have to say I was quite surprised and sohcked at the service we received in the drive thru. The lady was very rude over the speaker. She raised her voice to my Mother In Law and was very disrespectful. All to find out this was the MANAGER??!! Then to only pull up to the window and have Nikia GLARE at my Mother In Law not once but TWICE! Almost as if she dared my Mother In Law to call her on the bad attitude! What kind of service is Dairy Queen allowing these days?? Is this location not monitored? The manager noted the equipment was bad. I didnt have a problem hearing her but, to talk that way to a customer and then to stare them down as if you wanted to fight?? I won't be back to that location anytime soon. What a shameful way customers to feel un-valued. Wow, just wow.

I get it's fast food but dang the manager don't got no patience for no one. I was ordering and she cut the young girl off to tell me to pull around. Wouldn't let me talk when I wanted something Ala carte I guess it's not allowed, meals only. When I was asking she cut me off and said she can add take the drink and fries off but she was still charging me for the meal lol my kids were hungry and over it so I left it as is but I'll never return. Shame on her, no one is asking you to work there, don't like your job go somewhere else don't take it out on the customers!!!!

So, I like Dairy Queen, even if it is very pricy, and I liked to come to the restaurant every once and a while for a treat.
However, I harshly suggest not visiting this location, mainly due to the situation I just experienced.
So, first off, the workers were fairly unprofessional in their greetings to me over the intercom. I honestly didn't mind this too much, as I get what it was like to work at a job like this.
Besides that, as I pulled up with my basic order of a single blizzard, I paid, and then waited a bit longer. The lady who had my blizzard comes to the window, and, due to either the fault of the lady who handed it to her or herself, spills the blizzard on the countertop. I figured I would just get a second one for free, but instead, she catches it, and pushes it back in with her fingers, hands it to me, and them slams the window shut before I can say anything.
So, I come back into the store, and ask for another one. They ask me, rather rudely, what was wrong with it, and I told them "Well, you dropped it and-"
These were really the last words I got out before she interrupted me, just saying Ok over and over again. She took the blizzard from me and angrily threw it in the trash can, before making another.
The other employee, the same one who had made it for the one who gave it and took it from me before, then came back with a new one, shaking it several times aggressively, saying something like, "Is this good enough for you?" Very passive aggressively.
Again, I have no faults with the restaurant, but whoever is in charge of the employees there is either one of those two or someone who isn't doing their job well.

Generally Bad. Tried to order using a coupon from the mobile app. They kept ringing it up wrong and telling me the coupon wouldn't work. This is a code straight from their app. I tried to order a drink and the free small shake. They got the flavor for the shake wrong. And instead of a drink they gave me a cone. Gave me the right receipt though.
Both of the staff were rude. They seemed upset at the fact I was ordering in store at all. I also heard them slaying slurs about me in the kitchen. Not the experience I expect or remember of DQ from my youth.
