Ice cream was great but the price was way to high. Almost 15.00 for 2 parfaits.

I just had to wait 30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and onion rings, not sure what’s going but that’s crazy.

20 minute wait for a burger is ridiculous. Ruined my lunch break.

Since it won't let me respond to the owners review I will respond by editing my original post below.

I will wait a month or so to see if they get their business in order and try again. I remain highly skeptical that they can cook a burger in less than 15 minutes, but will change review once I know.

Dairy Queen never disappoints! The drive-thru is quick, the staff are always friendly, and the food is fresh. From classic burgers and fries to Blizzards and cones, everything hits the spot. It’s the perfect stop for comfort food and a sweet treat any day of the week.

Don’t come here . My mom is 64 years old we came through the drive through . They tried to charge our card $13 when we ordered a mini blizzard and my mom was making sure they didn’t charge us for something we didn’t order . They were rude to her and slammed the window and we got our card back and denied the food . Do NOT comment with some fake reply about “ we’re so sorry “ like you have on these other posts because you’re NOT. White girls and black girl with dreadlocks . Both Awful . Rude people shouldn’t be in food service and I will be calling corporate to report this location ASAP.

Ice cream way too soft the last 4 visits, with surly service on 3 of those. I will drive to White House or Goodlettsville from now on.

By the way, your auto-response to reviews only makes things worse. Here you go - let me Google that for you:

Soft serve ice cream is typically served at a temperature between -4°C and -6°C (25°F to 21°F). This temperature range provides the ideal balance of firmness and creaminess, allowing it to hold its shape while still being easily scooped or dispensed.

There's no way the Dairy Queen of the past would serve ice cream that was of the quality I've gotten in the past four visits. Quick trying to save a buck on your soft-serve mix, set the machine for the proper temperature and re-train your staff or replace them. There, I said it.

3.00 for a small cone dipped in chocolate and it didn't taste like DQ usually does. Did the recipe change?

This place is terrible. They are unbelievably slow. I waited in the lobby for 25 minutes before I got my food. Everyone in the restaurant was mad for one reason or another. Unless you’re literally starving, avoid this place.
