The food is great , I went at a slow time around 4pm on a Thursday. This is my first time trying dos bros . I will be back for the food however I feel as though staff could be a little more happy to be there especially since I was one of three people there during the 30 mins I was there. I ordered online in the parking lot . Ordering online process was easy .

Wanted to add that i made a order right at closing as I wasnt paying attention to the time and they called me and told me they will make my order . I picked it up within 10 mins . Thank you so much for making it right at closing!

Service here is absolutely horrible ! Especially the woman who works there , she gives you half portions . For a 240 pound guy and giving not even a scoop of steak is absolutely ridiculous and then asking for more and charging $5 is a rip off ! You need to do better about giving more food and being so greedy!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Dos Bros in Springfield. The server was downright rude — no greeting, no thank you, no effort to make the visit pleasant. On top of that, the food was sloppily thrown into the bowls, piled up carelessly, and looked like no pride went into making it. The lack of basic courtesy and attention ruined the whole experience. I won’t be coming back if this is how customers are treated.

I love Mexican food !! The fact that they are very quick with your order as well as everything taste amazing every time, I will definitely be back again . I have tried the burrito and the quesadilla with chicken and steak … ITS SOOO GOOD! I love that the inside atmosphere is very calm and chill. I love how they have a mixed song selection inside the store. The employees are nice and friendly. It’s the only place in Springfield I like to eat .

The food would be *so* good if the staff consistently and efficiently heated their food! I don't know - I just feel like my meals shouldn't be cold before I leave the parking lot. The food is good, quality is good - clearly their food heaters aren't.

I've been here 3 times and have experienced the same thing every time. As soon as I walk in the establishment, the short girl who makes the food looks at me with disgust and starts making comments in her language. And as soon as I order, she is always rude and rushes me. I think she has issues with African Americans for some reason or another. Plus, the food is bland. I will not be going back.

Food was so fresh and deli. Order on app and it was easy. Employees were friendly.
