I'm glad to share. We have a new Dunkin Donuts in Springfield. I hadn't been there yet cause I don't eat donuts but it was so cold & wet so I went thru the drive thru to get a Hot Chocolate & what I got was a barely flavored cup of hot water. I went back thru & asked for a refund & I was told they don't give refunds on food but they could make me another one. I gave them my cup and all they did was add more chocolate mix which wasn't completely mixed up and settled on the bottom. Just wanted to let everyone know what they charge $3 for when giving you a "Hot Chocolate".
WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS DUNKIN AGAIN!Waited over 10 minutes after I mobile ordered my coffee, and STILL left with out it!!Kid in the window asked me to pull forward, and they continued to serve cars behind me, all receiving their coffees AND food items.Drove back around to ask for my mobile order again, and kid claimed they didn’t have it, and asked me again to pull forward.I drove off. So, no coffee and out $12. Seems like no one here understands mobile order is to AVOID wait times.WHAT A JOKE.

Worst customer service!!Manager gave me attitude when I pulled up to the second window. It was pouring outside and I didn’t want her employee to walk outside on the front steps and hand me my drinks when there was clearly a second window available. So inconsiderate.
Staff (not all) are completely rude. I didn’t appreciate being talked down to this morning. Not okay at all.

i ordered two sandwiches and coffee for me and my friend to surprise her with breakfast cause she was having a bad day. well…..coffee wasn’t made right tasted like milk and a little bit of creamer no coffee at all. and she pulls out her sandwich and it’s half eaten!! i am so embarrassed and disgusted i will not be back needless to say.

I have been in this area last week during the open time so I've been stopping by every morning greeted with a unfriendly staff Saturday morning I was waiting in the drive thru employs seen me and held there hand up I was thinking 5 mins so I waited then this older gray haired employ opened the drive thur window and said two things nobody is going to take your oder at the widow and your not waiting in my drive thur running me up a wait time that I get in trouble for I tried calling to talk with management about the way I was treated and was hung up on so I called corporate
