Everything is exceptional but the customer service. I order a specific coffee (half coffee/half milk) and every time they give me attitude and tell me it’s going to be cold. I just want to say it’s not “cold” but it’s not burning my tongue either. It’s how the customer prefers it. If I didn’t want cold coffee or if I wanted scolding hot coffee I wouldn’t order it the way I enjoy it from time to time.
Idk. When I first started going in everyone was nice but for some reason now I get nothing but rudeness when I walk in for an order.Edit: also I don't get my cups full. There is a noticeable amount of drink missing from my order.
