This is my favorite Gyro shop. I like the way they make their Gyros with the pita pouch instead of the pita bread folded like a taco.

I came here for lunch and ordered their mixed platter option and a couple baklavas. Everything was made to order, quick and delicious. If I’m ever in the area I would definitely come back and try other menu options.

Definitely one of the best food I have had. Love the customer service and portions were generous. The chicken was well seasoned and I loved the tzatziki sauce.

I was out this way getting a recall on our car fixed and decided to stop and grab a gyro on my way home. A sign on the building says ‘best gyro in TN’ so I had high hopes. Instead it was more like on ELF when the coffee shop has a ‘best coffee in NYC’ sign and Jovie takes a sip while blindfolded and says ‘it tastes like a crappy cup of coffee’. It definitely wasn’t the best gyro in TN. I’d be surprised if it was the best gyro in Springfield. This isn’t a traditional gyro. Instead of being in a piece folded pita bread it’s a stuffed pita pocket. The way they stuff it makes it hard to eat and a weird experience. The onions are shoved in first. I never had a bite of onion because it is at the very bottom and by then I was over it. Lettuce is next. I had one half of a slice of tomato and then a ridiculous amount of meat on top. There’s sauce too but like maybe a teaspoon or less. It definitely needed more sauce. The meat was extremely salty and dry and since a majority of what you’re eating is just meat there’s nothing to break up the saltiness of it. All of your first bites will be meat because of how they layer it all. Then you will have lots of bites that are mostly lettuce. Your pita will start to fall apart. It will become impossible to eat. It was the strangest gyro I’ve ever had. I actually hated this gyro. I threw more than half of it away. I hate wasting food and money and that’s what this was. Aside for the food being horrible, the place was clean and quiet. The service fine. Nothing exceptional.
