I always get my deep dish pizza well-done. The past few times it has been very undercooked. I have to reheat it for 30 minutes at 400F on a baking sheet. Having a toddler in the kitchen is also odd.

Wow, this place is great. This place never ceases to give you pizza that hits all the right spots. It definitely is toe to toe with Domino's Pizza. While sometimes they might screw up your order, what fast food place doesn't? It is filling, and delicious, not too much grease, but not too little. It is also pretty crusty, which is great. Plus the breads ticks taste amazing. Garlic sauce is absolutely great with pizza. The best thing was the sausage pepperoni pizza. Overall, everything was great. The staff were pretty nice. The decoration was decent. The food is the only thing I normally care about, but it is all the little things that can make your day.

I’m super disappointed that I have to even write a review as I never have on any business before but the whole experience was terrible. We ordered a pizza around 4:30 ish, I know the process now days takes a while despite having new technology, so around 5:40 ish called and was told it was on its way, great! Around 6:12 I called back because maps said it was 12 minutes from my home, and it was far past that. I was told that due to the parade she wasn’t able to deliver my pizza. Okay, things happen but no phone call was EVER made to even tell us we would not be receiving our order. We were left to assume. The delivery driver explained this and was kind and said she would ask the cooks if they could remake it for us. While I’m on the phone the employees were debating whether or not to remake the pizza as if they were the only ones left inconvenienced. I said yes considering it was now 7:30 and we had yet to eat because we were waiting this entire time. Fast forward to 8:30 we had STILL NOT received anything. The mobile tracker said it was still being made so I cancelled the order because it’s utterly ridiculous that it takes 4 hours to even get a pizza. I hope you can learn to communicate with paying customers moving forward and use the money you’re getting from overpriced pizzas to either hire new employees or get quicker technology.

Stopped by to pick up a late dinner. Lori was the perfect example of great customer service. She was quick, kind, and professional. Our pizza wasn’t quite ready so she said that we could sit comfortably in our car while it finished. She brought out our order as soon as it was done to our car. Some of the best service we’ve ever had at jets!

Wonderful, friendly staff, quick service and delicious food.
When we got a Jets pizza I was so excited. It was fantastic. My fav!! The best deep dish and salads. Perfect! Ate there all the time. Then unfortunately a tornado took it out. Was disappointed that they may not come back but to my surprise they did. I'm not sure if ownership change or not, but now they are terrible. 8 corner and a salad. Awful! The salad should have never seen the light of day. Brown lettuce and watered down, almost slimy. 8 corner with premium mozzarella.......where?? And the crew working was more about themselves then customer service. Now I'm sorry they came back. Awful!
