we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
If I could rate zero stars I could. Ghetto trash working there who look dirty and spend their time shucking and jiving instead of attending to the customers. I've seen them come out of the bathrooms, doubting they've even washed their hands. Then go into the kitchen without wearing gloves for sanitation to make the pizzas. They look dirty and unkempt.
