this is the best one I have eaten at in a long time the food was hot not lukewarm but hot the service was fast and waiter stay on top of us the whole time we were never without anything he even joked with my grandchild about 67 🤣. I recommend Springfield Tennessee O'Charley's 100%

This is our go-to place for great food. Good selection and celebrations for birthdays etc. I read some negative reviews and i can't believe they actually went To o Charley SPRINGFIELD TENN.,

The bartender Brooke was amazing. I'm very particular about my drinks because I bartended for years and know what I like she understood exactly what I wanted made it perfect also great service . definitely be back to see her she is the atmosphere.

My girlfriend ordered me a steak to be delivered. It was Ordered, medium, but was so undercooked I wouldn’t even consider it rare. In addition, there were only five pieces of broccoli in their side. And based on the review from Haley Green, you would think they may have learned from their previous mistakes. Obviously that’s not the case. So, DO NOT ORDER FROM OCHARLEYS. This place sucks!…with all due respect, of course.

Food was great, service was phenomenal! I don't particularly care that the booths have no privacy. We were side by side with a whole family and it was kind awkward bc we could hear each other's conversations. Otherwise it was great!

Sit down fast food restaurant. I had the seafood platter. Everything was over cooked. My shrimp was cooked until it was close to being burnt. The bill was $48.00 for two. Considerably over priced.

**IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: Do NOT order food to go. The rolls are undercooked or hard as rocks, the food is tiny portions, never fresh, steak will be raw even if you order it well done, and they will always forget something somehow. My ToGo rating for here after about 10 times or ordering ToGo is a 2 at best.** However, DineIn is always good; so I’m rating based on dine in experience. Service is always good & friendly, food is good portions and always fresh. I recommend dine in, but please spare yourself the trouble and don’t get it ToGo.

I ordered the Grilled Atlantic Salmon 9 oz meal I waited at the pick up window for a whole 10 to 20 minutes. Then I had to have my wife come out there to go in the kitchen. Tell the manager I'm right there. Then they looked to me with a disgust face like I'm getting on that nerve. But I'm the one pay $30 on my food and when I got it it wasn't even 9 oz that was 6 oz. And if it wasn't cooked all the way and I asked for extra rice to put my rice in the bowl and it still was small. I never going to this place again. The service is terrible. The atmosphere is terrible.
