This place is amazing. I have taken my son twice now and both the food and the service have been top notch. Everything was fresh and delicious. It has quickly become one of our regular lunch spots.

I ordered a sub. It was absolutely drenched in sauce. It was so soaked, it was as if they had it sitting a bowl of sauce just soaking. The bottom of the bread was just falling apart. If I would have eaten inside of the store, I would have requested a refund. It was so disgusting, I could hardly eat it. I ordered delivery because I'm at work. HOWEVER, my driver was there before it was finished being made, and I'm only 1.5 miles away. It had nothing to do with any waiting time.

I wanted to give this location a second try because other locations are typically fantastic. This store failed again. My first time was shortly after the store opened and it was not good. But since they apparently have new management, I figured let’s try again. NOPE. Will not be back. Which is so unfortunate because others are great!

First time here, but the staff was super friendly, the service was fast (we had a large order), and it was delicious. No notes.

The food is good but over 30 for 2 people is steep.

Nice new place, good customer service, and food. I got the cheese steak, fries and lemonade. The fries were over cooked but other than that it was good! I’ll be back
(Update: after going multiple times the fries were still nasty and the portions are mostly bread.)

They dipped old fries into the deep fryer instead of giving me fresh fries. You can taste how old these fries are. And they did t even toast the bread for the sandwhich. They just threw the hot food on the raw bread. will never be back. I will stick to the one in

Food's fine but overpriced. Fries are greasy and soggy but I kind of like them that way. Rude guy at the register should prolly lay off the weed before work and stop interrupting. It's clean inside but always completely empty except for the employees.

Went in 2 hours before they closed, and we waited 10 minutes in the cashier area before we were even asked what we wanted to order. Waited another 10 minutes for the food (mind you there was just one family but they were just sitting and eating, and nobody came after either), just for it to be mediocre at best. Bread was raw and soggy, uncooked. I’ve worked here before and I highly suggest that the “new management” is just a lame excuse to bring this back to limelight. Horrible.

My order was suppose to be wheat bread & it was white. My husband’s was suppose to be white & it was wheat. His order was to have bacon & there was none on it & only 1 pickle. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time so they weren’t busy. Very dissatisfied.

I like Penn Station just not this one. Before eating at this location I've eating at 2 different one, one in Clarksville & one in Bellevue and they both were really good. I was happy that we were getting a Penn station & i was telling ppl how good thay are even before they were finished building the building. I've eating here twice & both times were the same. The food is not good, and I'm not a picky person so when I say it's not good. I'm hoping things change before its to late.
