Horrible experience. Food was cold and employee was rude. I ordered my food via web order an hour in advanced and left with a cold and nasty dinner.

The food was very good, hence the 3-star rating. However, service and price are not. It took 15-20 minutes to get my sandwich, and the workers were very disorganized. I got my order before the person in line in front of me. Someone else in line behind us got their order before my parents did. When we got in the car, we realized that my mom had been given the wrong sandwich. The food is just too expensive (about twice what you would pay at Subway) for this kind of service.

Wax expecting more, the sandwich was nothing to write home about at all. Also there were no condiments aside from meat and cheese. The lemonade tasted watered down and not worth all the money I paid for it, definitely not "fresh squeezed". Ate it because I was hungry, but it really was a piss poor sub.At least the fries were good.

I use to work here since grand opening of this store and live in the community and finally after the only person left as an employee here decided to leave as I did not any longer feel comfortable with working for this franchise considering they have had several different managers and poor management experience as the current management "general manager" as well as the HUSBAND OF THATS AN "Assistant Manager" will set in the lobby when they are off the clock ? in their pajamas with their hoods up or inappropriately wearing clothes that show their "buttcrack" , & "clothes that are dirty from funk" because they don't have permanent housing to stay at home. Therefore will even go behind the line while off the clock this way ad they even do it while on the clock ? Also just want to let all future or reoccurring customers to think twice before BUYING this pretty "EXPENSIVE" Casual dine in food that you all reconsider as an ex employer seen the new management serve old brown lettuce amd spoiled red onions that is supposed to be thrown away nightly be saved and then reused SEVERAL DAYS after on customers sandwiches as well as pink steak being served amd unfully cooked chicken being served to MY COMMUNITY THAT I MYSELF FELT NO LONGER COMFORTABLE SERVING MY CUSTOMERS! Also I hate to even keep going but as I would wanna know what I'm I'm paying for and digesting and consuming into my body half to let you all know that they even pick up cheese and ect after dropping it and still use it for sandwiches especially web orders and take out orders as well as much more poor unhealthy actions they do on a daily such as not wearing gloves when slicing meat or cooking meaning they touch your food without gloves as well as not accurately preserving meat at a temperature it should be making it spoiled as well. I'm personally not trying to attack but as an ex employee that's been working for PennStation and made relationships with returning customers and as well to the people I personally know from my own community do not suggest EVER eating here until once again new management comes along amd hope they do the right thing for you all as customers to provide healthy good quality food your wanting to eat amd are purchasing as it's not all that cheap. I stopped even eating here myself getting employee discounted food and sometimes free food from my managers using their free Manager discounts... hate to be like this but again I was done wrong as well as a loyal dependable employee and only feel it's humanly right that you all as people in my own comm6 and customers know what's going on at this store before you return to EAT HERE AGAIN!!SINCERELY, CHELSEY!!

People only have 30 min to an hour for lunch and spending 30 min waiting for lunch in a place that isnt busy and watching and listening to the person behind the counter talk about his wedding plans to his husband isnt helping me get my food and return to my job on time is

First time was good but more expensive thsn Subway. 2nd time a free small Philly Sub because the Nashville Predators scored first in their Hockey game. Sooo do you call a barely 4 inch a Small Sub? They say they don't actually measure Seriously. I'll stick with Subway until you figure out the sizes.

They again did not honor an offer they advertised. They said they had no problems on their end basically calling me a liar, Jason from corporate, I forgive em but it hurts. Hoping they start being more helpful/respectful.
