Ordered carry out online, it was hot and ready on time. The pizza and breadsticks we ordered were great.

Had the worst service from this place. Pizza had no sauce on it, and the bread sticks were soggy. The manager wanted us to bring it back, when it was delivered.The way the manager handled it was horrible. Very poor customer service
Will not eat from here again.
Horrible. Wouldn’t take my gift card which is the only reason I ordered. Cashier also can’t control her language. Very unprofessional.

The food was bad, the cheese bread wasn’t cut for my 4-year-old, the pizza had little cheese, and the dough was too tough to eat. Delivery was fast, though.

We got our order messed up. We ordered 2 pizzas with pan crust. We told them repeatedly pan crust, as we have gotten the wrong crust before. Somehow we got thin crust! Don't know how you get pan and thin mixed up!
Bought 2 medium pizzas & there was very little sauce & very little cheese. Actually couldn’t eat because it was burnt.

We went to the store to order a pizza and when we were checking our bank later in the evening we saw that they charged us twice. One charge was $3 more than the than the first charge. So we called the bank to let them know and they said one of the charges should drop off in a couple of days. So we decided to call Pizza Hut and make them aware of the 2 charges. They told us since we already picked up the pizza we should have checked the bank before we left. After thinking about it for a while I decided to call them back. I asked them how many of their customers actually stand there and check their bank statement before they leave the store. And why is one charge $3 more than the other. I guess someone decided to help themselves with a little tip. I know losing just one customer doesn’t matter to them but there are other places to get pizza. No more Pizza Hut for us!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is more about Pizza Hut as a company. We are having severe storms with tornados and flash floods. Due to this I needed to cancel on order I placed online. I spent 20 minutes trying to get this cancelled and the same 3 ppl just kept transferring me back and forth between them. Absolutely horrible experience. I will never eat Pizza Hut again unless it's in person -- which never happens anyway. Y'all save yourself a headache and just eat local.
Walked in with two people to eat inside. AC was broke. Felt like an oven. Walked back out.

We made the mistake of ordering from Pizza Hut instead of our usual place. We got home with our pizza and the dough was raw. We called the store, were told to hold several times and were then hung up on. Never again…
Now if you call the local store and it rings more than 3 times you will be transferred to an offshore call center. If you have any questions, they have no answers, so ask to be connected to local store directly. I wasted 15 minutes with a man who never got back to me and a woman who was rude and could only repeat the same thing she had told me 4 times already. I'm not at all pleased with this call center nonsense. It's another example of penny wise, pound foolish-somehow it may save a few cents in employee costs but it will cost them lost customers in the long run.

Wouldn’t order from again food was bad not cut which sucks when you order cheese bread for 4 yr. old pizza had barely any cheese and bough was so tough couldn’t eat either old dough or severely overcooked, only good thing is delivery was fast from for dash

I deliver DoorDash and I love it they’re very nice they make sure everything is completely comfort. They check temperature of everything I’ve been there I see it.
Excellent food and great service! The drink machine was out of order for drinks (but had ice) but we got 20 ounce bottles instead, which worked out fine. Service was great, friendly and helpful staff. Only a few table for inside dining but no one else was there so we had an enjoyable supper.
Parking: Plenty of free parking right across from the strip mall, several handicap parking spots.
