Pizza Hut in Springfield, TN never disappoints. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious, but what truly sets this location apart is the people who work there. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and consistently provides great customer service, making every visit a pleasant experience. Their stuffed crust pizza is hands down the best in town—perfectly cheesy and cooked just right every time. This is my go-to spot in Springfield whenever I’m craving pizza to go. Highly recommend!!!

Now if you call the local store and it rings more than 3 times you will be transferred to an offshore call center. If you have any questions, they have no answers, so ask to be connected to local store directly. I wasted 15 minutes with a man who never got back to me and a woman who was rude and could only repeat the same thing she had told me 4 times already. I'm not at all pleased with this call center nonsense. It's another example of penny wise, pound foolish-somehow...

Excellent food and great service! The drink machine was out of order for drinks (but had ice) but we got 20 ounce bottles instead, which worked out fine. Service was great, friendly and helpful staff. Only a few table for inside dining but no one else was there so we had an enjoyable supper.

Parking: Plenty of free parking right across from the strip mall, several handicap parking spots.
