Worst place, don't go,bad service, lazy people I ask for a regular coffee with Splenda, then I ask for another one no sugar and she said Are you serious? How rude to said that to my face, I didn't ask for free or to replace my coffee, I don't want to be a Karen but I wanted to throw the coffee away so that way she can it clean up.

I ask for a simple black coffee with Splenda and when it wasn’t right I ordered another one and one of the workers said upset” are you serious!” In front of my face. Usually I have nothing but good things about this place but this time really shocked me.

Today I walked into Kroger's Starbucks, in Springfield to purchase a coffee. Usually, most of the employees are friendly and courteous, but not today. There was an employee (Karen), no pun intended, who was about as rude as I've seen in a good while. She ignored my presence at the counter and only turned toward me when I called out..." is anyone working here?"—after sitting down waiting for my coffee-she just left my coffee on the counter without even notifying me that my coffee was ready. I complained to the other employees about her behavior. When Karen saw that I was discussing with her cohorts about her, she walked over and I confronted her directly about her rude attitude. Everything I complained about, she refuted with an excuse; not an apology. Where was the mantra-the customer's always right? This Starbucks in Kroger's was my "go-to" haven for coffee, but for now, I'm always going to think twice and ponder my experience with Karen, who they should put in another department because she is not good at servicing the customer.
