I stop here several times a week. Staff is friendly and my order is correct most of the time. On the few occasions it is not, it is corrected quickly. As busy as they can be, I really can't blame them for being wrong once in a blue moon. My drink is always delicious. The food is, of course, all pre-made and prepackaged, so that is a matter of taste. I've always enjoyed the pastries, egg bites, and lunch boxes.

I’ve never been to a friendlier Starbucks that always gets my drink right no matter what
I ordered an iced London fog through the drive thru and the guy took my order didn’t say a word, I pulled to the window and paid. When the drinks came out he hands me a hot London fog latte and I said oh that was suppose to be iced and he says “we don’t serve them iced through the drive thru” wouldn’t that be nice to know at the speaker ? I would of ordered another drink and the wait was taking forever they offered me a drink but I was already there a while I didn’t want to wait even longer so I took the drink and it wasn’t even good. Not to mention the guy was overall rude very short and don’t care type of attitude. I was nothing but nice didn’t cause a scene won’t be back though.

Relaxing
I order from Starbucks every day. When I head into work, I order from a different Starbucks as I go in a different direction, but on my days off and weekends, I come here. I always order my drinks hot, but I don’t understand why this location NEVER gets it right. I don’t ever have this issue with the location I stop at on my way to work, but here, I continually have to ask them to remake it. I have even stopped ordering ahead and ordered at the drive thru and specifically asked for a “hot” drink and still received a cold one. I just give up. I guess I’ll just go to the Kroger Starbucks from now on. I spend almost $9 on a drink and order ahead for convenience and still have to wait on them to remake it every time. I hate to complain but this has gone on for a couple of months at least. This is just getting ridiculous now.
This Starbucks is more than just a coffee shop—it’s a part of the fabric of my community. The team here is incredible, especially the women who run the show with kindness, warmth, and a serious sense of girl power. They’re not just baristas—they’ve become friends. You can get coffee anywhere, but I come here because of the people. Truly exceptional service every time.

The most inconsistent coffee shop. Every time you order something it’s made differently. Use your recipe cards and make it the same way every time
