Very helpful, I am vegetarian and I prefer they change their gloves! And most other restaurants look at me with annoyance, but they were very nice about my request!

Went at 7pm. Two gentlemen offered great customer service. The establishment was clean and the food was fresh. Really appreciate all of that. Keep up the great job!
Every time I order from Springfield Subway they leave several items off. Sorry atmosphere, old food, not good employees leave items off

Very modern clean environment with funny costumed veggie pictures on the wall. Bathroom clean and easily accessible. Staff very polite, efficient and patient.

Went here for lunch break. They made my entire sandwich then when I went to pay with my e-gift card scan Daniel the manager said his machine won’t scan those and threw my sandwich away. There is 25 dollars on there and he wouldn’t/couldn’t take it. He basically was just like sorry you gotta go now and I told him I’m sorry but that really isn’t how this should work I have done all things correct and am willing to pay with my gift card which is appropriate and shouldn’t be my fault because his machines don’t work that I can’t eat my lunch it was $6.57. I felt that if they can’t take my payment on their account it should be given instead of wasted in the trash and he said can’t help you next and continued on with th either customers. At which point I told him I’m not leaving I’ll try to figure it out as this wasn’t even for me it was for a coworker. Daniel continued to not care or be helpful agreeing that you all system of e-gift cards sucks and never works and he deals with a lot of frustrated customers on this. Again really not my issue. Now I have 25 gift card I can’t use and no lunch and furthermore watched them throw away good food and be of waste. Really and truly yall need to get it together.

Foreign owner does not want to sell meal of day for $6.99 Which is a 6 inch sub a small drink with chips or a cookie and $3 extra to make it a foot-long! So everyday they say they are sold out of the sandwich of the day! Because it would normally would be $21

This is for the two women working today when a customer is trying to order food stop talking between each other and pay attention and stay off the phone had a very disappointing experience. To the third employee their thank you for stepping in that’s the only reason there’s 3 stars under food

Can't understand instructions on order,had to remake chicken bacon salad, but then had the wrong cheese and my BMT salad had none..my last time ordering from Subway on line or app..

It gets worse by the week. I have ordered maybe 5 sandwiches in 4 years and every time it's wrong. It's always soggy, wrong ingredients, and not toasted. I even add a special note to remember to toast, and they still fail. Close this place down and open something better.
Dietary restrictions: Don't trust them to get ingredients correct.
Parking: By far the worst Subway I've been to, and I've been to multiple in over 15 states.
