Day shift gets all the stars I gave. Night shift is negative stars. Here’s a Mexican pizza, just opened the box. And not one of the ten sauces I ordered. They probably mess with the food, the level of petty I observe with the late crew. One of, At least a dozen examples of issues I’ve had is- I went to pickup an online order, before closing time. One of the two miserable girls I see there, greeted me with, “we closed.” I said, “do you not have an order for (name)?” It was already paid for. She said oh no we don’t. Click. I never got reimbursed for that order. I forgot about that until now


Another one of the nasty nights girlies is more unpleasant the later it gets. It could be 4 hours til close and she’s a real peach. . Snappy , never dares to smile. She’s dirty blonde with glasses and a rchiseled straight face. The other girl has a darker complexion and glasses too, I’m pretty sure. I wouldn’t wear a name tag either if I was like that on the job. They’re the reason I just signed up for a google account just to say, you don’t have to work there if you don’t want to. It’s a job. It won’t hurt the company, but you’re representing yourself too. I don’t know I was always smiling at my fast food closing shifts even if I was going through it. I can’t imagine being that miserable. Just leave

Yeah, it is a little personal. I take it personally that you don’t meet standards every single time.

Hopefully word gets to you and your employer.
Day shift kills it every time and are pleasant.

This is one of the only places in town that's open late, which is a lifesaver. I always use the app to order the Cravings Box and customize it to exactly what I want. This makes it a super smooth experience-I just drive through and pick it up without having to explain my order at the speaker. The service is always good, and it's a chill, quick stop.

Had a mobile order, drove 10 min, and told them when I arrived and they said they are working on it. Proceeded to wait like 15 minutes for them to never start it. I went back up to the counter and they said they haven’t started it. They said they have a drive thru and I should just order through it bc that’s their priority. Horrible customer service. If you’re not going to do your freaking job don’t talk to the customers and lie to them.

Recently, they have been messing up our orders ALOT. That includes today (just ordered two meal combos a few hours ago with an order of nachos, but only received one meal. They also havent been giving hot sauce even after asking for it. Whats the point of taco bell with the hot sauce? This place has turned into a joke.

Save yourself the trouble and wait until they implement robot/AI workers before you try this place unless you like paying for food you dont receive.

The tostadas have always been hot and delicious at other Taco Bell’s but today they were cold and not fresh. I can’t believe something that Taco Bell does so well went so wrong at Springfield Taco

I got a Mexican pizza from this Taco bell and please throw the old tortillas and taco shells away! They tasted like poison! This is not the first time, the food or shells is old and need to be thrown away! Yall are making folks sick and could face litigation if something is not done!

I ordered on the app. Now I order this way for convenience so it is ready when I get to the store. NOPE not what happened I get to the store and they inform me they don’t make the orders until the customer gets to the store although there are several orders made and waiting on delivery drivers to pick up I had already paid so what do they care if I don’t show up Springfield Taco Bell has the worst customer service. Also when I tried to call to talk to the manager someone kept picking up the line and hanging up the phone. Won’t ever be back to this location
