Just an FYI if you want a Baja blast; they never have it. Ever. Like, ever lol. Every time we come here they say they’re out. So if you want the signature Baja blast go to a different location. ✨ oh and if you want sauces count that out too. They never put any in the bag. I always have to check before I leave after saying I want sauces. Bam; they’re not in there. So not trying to be mean; but c’mon y’all. ?

Just went for a late dinner and the staff was rude! The lady yelled out GOOOOO! While I was in the process of checking my food to make sure we had everything. Keep in mind there is no car behind us. Don’t understand the attitude cause I never gave one to her but I don’t mind taking my money elsewhere.

I've never had an issue at this taco bell before. Today, my order was not correct at all and I was ignored by 2 staff members. I asked for no guacamole, my receipt shows no guacamole, but it was still added making the order inedible for me because I am allergic. I would just stick with the Chic-Fil-A across the street. Staff is much friendlier there and they alway get my order correct.

Kids to busy handing out free food to there friends to worry about the customers and the orders they placed. Manger not caring about the people in the restaurant . Won't be going back. Rather drive to a different taco bell than the we have in Springfield.

We stop by here almost every week on our way to the laundry mat. It has become somewhat of a date night for us. They are always friendly. Food is good and hot. Rarely do they make a mistake. Love the fact it's by Walmart. Never shop while hungry ?

This Taco Bell in Springfield TN is by far the worst Taco Bell I have EVER visited in my lifetime. The staff is all busy chatting among themselves in the parking lot and back in the back of the kitchen somewhere. Someone finally came to take our order. There was nobody else in the dining room to prepare food for and they didn't start preparing our food til my husband finally went back up there to ask about our order. My chips were OLD and tasted like cold grease. When I asked the manager when they were cooked she said this morning. I said well its after 1:00 can I please get some fresh chips? The food is often served cold at this location. Some of the sodas were out. There was a big pile of trash in the first parking space closest to the entrance. A few employees were hanging out by a vehicle with the car doors hanging open so we had to park across the lot further away from the entrance even though no other customers were parked there. We won't go back to this Taco Bell location ever again.

The refried beans are never fresh! They always have hard bits of burnt beans and are dry and cold! The only good thing about this Taco Bell is the lady in the drive-through is always polite.
