First off I want to say the young lady at the window was super nice. The loaded potato was good, but the bbq nachos was horrible. Had too many stale chips no queso and I could count the baked beans in the center of the nachos by the amount that was given. Had a sufficient amount of turkey, but you can't eat dry turkey on a dry stale cheap corn tortilla chip without getting choke. I was disappointed.

I was asked twice about one of the barbecues. No slaw ,but when I got home ,which was a max of 8 to 10 minutes..my barbecue was cold,the plan barbecue had mayonnaise or they just wiped off the claw..I believe you have poor management..its happened before..why was meet cold?

Check your order before driving away. Pretty sure this place makes a profit by leaving items out of orders. Of the 4ish orders we have gotten here at least one item, if not two, has NOT been included. That comes back on *us* for not verifying before we leave so just warning everyone else to ask your husbands to double check the orders when they pick up, juuuuuust in case.

Possibly the worst “BBQ” place I have been to. The wings were completely water logged from being boiled I assume. Maybe after they cook stuff they put it in hot water to keep it warm as my wife said her bologna tasted water logged as well. The cornbread was cold and rubbery and when I asked for a fresh piece they told me that was fresh and they could give me another but it would be the same. Don’t waste your time eating here.

I’m not so sure there wasn’t spit in my sandwich. I know there’s juice in your bbq sandwiches but this looked gooey and had bubbles. I won’t be returning to this location. I got my order through drive thur and noticed it once my son and I got to the park down the street. I threw it away. Wasted 7$ for no reason

So I ordered a pulled pork bbq sandwich plate. It came with a couple of spoonfuls of decent baked beans and a small cold bbq sandwich w mayo, slaw, and pork…. Not a drop of bbq anywhere…. NOWHERE was there any bbq sauce AT ALL.

I ordered thru Premium Foods the Family Pack #1 for my mom and I. I placed the order online at 2:30 p.m. and asked for it to be delivered at 6:30 p.m. i got a message at 6:34 saying the driver had just arrived at restaurant. When he got here he told me he showed I didn't place order until 5:55 p.m. Not only was the food late getting her the barbecue isnt very good. Doesn't really taste like barbecue and we got a little bitty cup of some kind of watery vinegary stuff that was suppose to be sauce. Will never order barbecue there again.
