My online order was supposed to be ready at 4:44pm, I didn't leave till 5:15pm. Then I get home I'm missing 2 wings out of 20 piece order and on top of that no one will answer the phone. I'm pissed. Wingstop in Springfield TN Memorial BLVD.

The food is decent, the service is terrible. Fredy stayed in the back playing on his phone rather than coming up to the counter to take our order all while the other woman employee working the front was handling everything including walk in pick ups and phone call orders.

Don't go here if you're in a rush. We waited 30 minutes for our food at 11:00 in the morning! We ordered in the store while 5 door-dashers walked in and got their food with no issues. I don't mind waiting for food but a heads-up on a long wait time is a must in the middle of a work day.

I ordered 80 bucks worth of food and asked for a couple different sauces to try(small cups) . I told the man thank you , he then called me back to the register and explained I had pay for the samples. It was only like 6 bucks but after paying 80+ it was hard for me to believe. If sause is extra ,why aren't the plain wings discounted? Food was as expected, just thought it was a little over kill.

Every time I come in the staff always greets me and makes me feel welcome. I love the wings, voodoo fries, and corn. Currently mexican street spice is my favorite flavor. The store is always clean. I'll be in soon!!! This store is the best hands down!!!
