Only had one person at any trip here ever be nice, you pay $4 for a drink and get a literal couple of ice.

Zaxby's has always been one of my favorite fast food places. But almost every time they mess up the order. We ordered 4 Spicy Zax Sauce and went all the way home, and realized we had some, we went all the way back to get some, and by then are fries got cold. So, they didn't give us Spicy Zax Sauce, which was incorrect, but they did give us a free fresh large fry to make up for it... The food was great besides that...

I had an amazing experience at Zaxby’s! The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the Zax Sauce took it to the next level. The fries were seasoned just right, and the Texas toast was the perfect finishing touch.
The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. They were friendly, fast, and really made me feel like a valued guest.
Whether you’re grabbing a quick meal or sitting down with family and friends, this Zaxby’s is the perfect spot. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

I had lunch at this Zaxbys for the first time today. I ordered the traditional wing meal dipped in hot honey mustard sauce. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! The staff was friendly! I will be back!

The chicken strips are about like a chicken nugget now. Used to be decent size. I ordered the boss sauce meal. Laughing when I returned home and realized 1 sauce pack would be plenty for the 4 chicken strip. The staff was awesome and food was hot.

When we were ordering there was a girl there combing her long braids with her fingers, then she proceded to put her braids in a ponytail. Never left to wash her hands, took an order outside to a waiting customer. We ordered 2 cob salads with grilled chicken and 2 drinks. $30.47. The bacon on it was like little pebbles, the tomatoes on it was green, there was not much lettuce in it. Needless to say, it was not a very good experience, will not go back.
Really good food only thing wrong about the place they cut back on fries you get small portions now with same price over $10 dollars with chicken meal combo
