This location is an easy jump off the interstate, so we stop here frequently when traveling. Apparently EVERYONE got off the interstate when we did today because they were absolutely slammed with customers. Even so, I'd like to brag on their general manager, who was right in the middle of the rush, encouraging his team, keeping things moving, and doing it all with a pleasant and upbeat attitude. This guy and his team did a great job!

The manager was great. Very likable and professional. I didn't catch his name but there was an employee working the line who was very rude and mouthy... Mocking the customers. I could hear him from my car in the drive through. He got my sandwich wrong the first time and then over did his correction on the remake. Just absolutely slathered it with mayonnaise. Despite all of this, it's still one of my favorite locations. Very beautifully landscaped and until today I'd never had a problem.

We paid 17.56 for meal number 1. They didn't charge the meal price, they charged us for each item individually and when we questioned it, she lowered it by 2.00. She made us drive forward to wait when there wasn't anyone behind us. We waited 15 minutes for our food. This place is awful on customer service!!!

I got my food and it was bacon king with fries and a drink. The burger was dry and broken apart (with pickles on it, when it wasn’t supposed to) and the fries wasn’t salted and were cold and hard, and my drink didn’t have any ice.

The food is great but good luck trying to order anything. Stood at the register for about 5-10 min and had waiter literally walk past us 3 different times and not even acknowledge we were there. There’s a perfectly good McDonalds across the street I’d say go there if you actually want to eat.

This was by far the worst Burger King I have been to. We waited 30 minutes for our food then had to wait another 20 minutes just to get a refund which didn't even happen because the shift leader couldn't figure out the computer system. So long story short we didn't get our food or our money back. Then I try and call the corporate office that handles complaints and the phone number they give hangs up on you. The customer service was TERRIBLE! The employees were outside doing who knows what, probably drugs and the guy who took our order said he didn't want to take our order then walked outside.
