We left the Athens location and came here to Sweetwater and it was a totally different experience. Customer service was great. Food was fresh and hot. Dakota (shift leader)was training a new team member Zachary .Zachary has already showed us great customer service, he truly seemed like he wanted to be there and learn, I wish him the best in his training. Shout out to the guys in the back ! our food was fresh and tasty. My husband and I both ordered
The 3 for $7 . We had bacon cheeseburgers ( both of them were special orders )and they got them right. There was no issues with our food at all, our fries were hot and fresh. we were there around 5 PM Ish. November 7, 2025. I will definitely stop into this Burger King the next time we’re through here.

We just left burger king just a little bit ago. The lady that took our order deserves a compliment. If I were looking for an employee, it would be her. She was excellent taking our order and even promoted ad on to our order. She greeted very friendly. She made it easy and prompt going through the drive through. The order was accurate. When taking our money She was friendly. We made sure to thank her andnlet her know she was amazing. Great job on this hire burger King. The food was fresh as well and yummy. In a world where the public service quality level has been fading, it's refreshing to see that there are still folks out there that make doing the best job they can a priority. Hang on to this employee because she's definitely an asset. Happy customer. We were traveling from Knoxville and passing through. Glad we chose this burger king. Thank you!

If your running late avoid here. Order was taken around 8:40-8:50 am approximately on 10/18/2025 and the girl was nice when she took our order. She had us pull up because our meals weren't ready ...after pulling forward and backing up a few times to let other customers out of the drive thru line, my husband parked. And after approximately 20 minutes I backed back up to the window to inquire about where my order was. The girl asked twice what it was which I responded with 2 french toast meals and that she had already given us our drinks but not our food.. I then heard her tell the other workers she didn't take our order which she did, she could of easily looked back maybe 8 orders and saw ours. Long story short we started to get mad and told her nevermind and left, we were running late by now and to frustrated at this point....by the end of it they apparently bumped my order to speed up drive thru times so me and my husband lost our money we spent here, although altleast we did get our 2 Sodas but not our food. We ended up going to mcdonalds across the street we will not be back to your restraunt. Your workers don't know how to look into problems and they start blaming each other and get frustrated when a problem arises, instead of calmly looking back at orders and apologizing for an inconvenience they act like it is the customers fault. You shouldn't bump your orders and make cars move forward if your going to forget their orders.

BEWARE!!!!! The Halloween buckets do not come with the kid meals! It's $2 a bucket and you must spend $1. That's not all, you can only get one per family!

This location is an easy jump off the interstate, so we stop here frequently when traveling. Apparently EVERYONE got off the interstate when we did today because they were absolutely slammed with customers. Even so, I'd like to brag on their general manager, who was right in the middle of the rush, encouraging his team, keeping things moving, and doing it all with a pleasant and upbeat attitude. This guy and his team did a great job!

The manager was great. Very likable and professional. I didn't catch his name but there was an employee working the line who was very rude and mouthy... Mocking the customers. I could hear him from my car in the drive through. He got my sandwich wrong the first time and then over did his correction on the remake. Just absolutely slathered it with mayonnaise. Despite all of this, it's still one of my favorite locations. Very beautifully landscaped and until today I'd never had a problem.

We paid 17.56 for meal number 1. They didn't charge the meal price, they charged us for each item individually and when we questioned it, she lowered it by 2.00. She made us drive forward to wait when there wasn't anyone behind us. We waited 15 minutes for our food. This place is awful on customer service!!!
