We happened to be in Sweetwater today and decided to get a pizza at the Gondolier. It was a great pizza. I always ask for extra tomato sauce and they came through. The one in Athens always has a problem with the extra sauce for some reason unlike this location. I could have ate the whole thing my self. The waitress was pleasant and the owner was great also. I would add some photos but the camera wasn't quick enough. We will be back.
Consistent in quality and service. Not a FIVE-STAR restaurant, but makes one feel that they have been treated in dignity of moment--and have been served a decent meal of quality in light of price per value.
Gondolier is amazing. I have never gotten bad food from them, and have tried quite a few items off the menu. The pizza is great! I love the Gondolier Special or just a plain cheese. They also support the community which is nice.
