I love that they keep breakfast until 12! There’s this sweet lady in drive through can’t remember her name short hair with glasses she is just the sweetest made my daughters day!

Employee very rude and slammed drive through window in my face. Ordered 2 milkshakes took over ten mins. By the time we got them they were milk. No thickness at all. Will never eat any Hardee's again. Employees are slow and NASTY

Best Hardee's in East Tennessee. Always clean dining area, counter area and bathrooms. Food made fresh no heat rack service of leftovers. Professional friendly employees. Fast efficient and correct orders.

Went thru the drive thru and had the best interaction the young man in the drive thru. I asked for a drink at the window I forget to ask for at the speaker and he paid for my drink. He also gave us updates on our order while waiting on fresh fries! I didn’t catch a name but great job young man!

dirty dinning room. no customer service! I was ignored for awhile and then couldn't care less if I was there. plus most of the staff stood up front complaining about working and talking about looking for other jobs!
