Possibly the worst burger I've ever had. The bun was Dry and almost stale. The double meat patties were not fresh and did not have a good taste. There was very little tomato's or pickles and no onion. The extra tomato costs a dollar! I live here and I will never be back.

Got french fries that had been in the warmer way too long . They were mixed with curly fries. I like coming here for breakfast but I can see why they have no business in the afternoon. The poor girl who took our order seemed lost in space.

The old lady at the window refused to give me the amount of sugar and cream I requested for my coffee, even after I explained to her that I absolutely would not drink it if it wasn’t sweet enough. So now, here I am with a coffee that I can not and will not drink.

Stop by there this morning on my way to work to get breakfast and Mickey the drive through lady charged my card twice but told me that it declined and when I showed her that it had charged my card she cussed me out said the Lord's name in vain and then flip me a bird and when I ask to speak to a manager they kept trying to ignore me until I would not pull off and they finally gave me my money back this is very disrespectful and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone if they're going to employ Employees like this
As of October 2025 Hardee's has brought back its $5.99 deal according to advertising and internet. I was charged 6.99 X 2 today. May want to look into it. Checked the internet directly after I left and it is saying the $5.99 biggie bag is bag.

Just had take out, and fries were cold and all stuck together. I've been there 20 or so times and it has always been hit and miss. Mr Manager, could you please make fresh fries after the 15 min expiration. Breakfast by the way has always been very good.
