I rarely leave reviews for fast food places, but I feel my recent experience deserves one.
There was an employee talking with the other employees and throwing out some pretty harsh profanity loud enough for the entire building to hear. Extremely unprofessional. I'm not a prude by any means, but this is not something that should happen.

Fries hot. Frisco burgers were COLD. Very nasty. Fast food and hot NOTHING was hot on them burgers. Very NASTY.

After a 20 minute wait on the drive thru our order was wrong and when we went back threw they acted like it our fault and slammed the window in our face and proceeded to storm off along with preforming closing tasks at 8 when it clearly states they close at 9 and being in service industry I know your aren't ment to be preforming those tasks till 15 till doors close
Was there to meet a customer to have paperwork signed. Food is always great though.

I love Hardee's their burgers are 100% beef or Angus and my food is always fresh and delicious 😋 my fiance and I eat there often the prices are reasonable the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable!!!!
