Had a horrible experience after waiting about 40 minutes for one pizza and had to go inside to get it whenpeoplewho orderedafterme were gettingtheir orders. I was treated in an extremely disrespectful manner, was called a foul name by the 'manager' who initially approached me in a rude way to begin with. I would not have anyone like that represent my company.

I had to give one star to write this review. I’m highly disappointed! Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes for my order to be taken and a customer cut in front of me just drove up to the window so I decided to drive to the window to place my order. I was told it was going to be another 18 to 20 minutes for one pepperoni pizza! I ask for the general manager’s name the employees refused to give it to me! Said it was impossible that was waiting for 15 minutes! So I said I would be back tomorrow to talk to the general manager and the guy with greenish blonde hair ( James) laughed in my face and said good luck with that! Very unprofessional! A corrective action needs to be taken! I work at a restaurant myself so I know it gets busy with that being said it was ridiculous and very unprofessional the way I was treated as a customer!!!!!!

I ordered online and went to pick up my order at the directed time. I waiting in the pick up line for over 10 minutes and decided to try going in the store. No one came to the counter for over 5 minutes so I went back to the pick up line. I waited another 10 minutes only to be told to drive around again because they were waiting on one item. By the time I got my food, it was 30 minutes past the pick up time and was mostly cold. When they brought my food out back to my car (I was 3rd in line) they apologized. When it’s THAT late I would encourage them to give a little extra for inconvenience, like a free brownie or something. That helps with customer service and eases frustration.

I was told I have 5 - 10 minute wait they're not busy only 2 customers we both have been waiting over 20 minutes al I ordered was a pepperoni and 1 meat pizza this seems to always happen on Mondays so I will start going somewhere else for my family Monday pizza night

Couldn't get anyone to take my order. Was there 10 minutes and this other person walked in right behind us and we left. They never even acknowledge us as being there. The one working the window was on his phone the whole time. Scrappy service

The order was wrong and the food was nothing at all like we normally get. The people are rude and when I called and spoke to the woman about the meal she dismissed it and so did their district manager who was more rude that the staor person. Take your business elsewhere

Went here yesterday and there was a guy named James that was awesome. I just wanted to give him a shout out and say he was courteous, knowledgeable, and helped me figure out what I needed. I will definitely be back because of people like him.

Absolutely the worst pizza restaurant. No customer service skills whatsoever, and multiple times this month have not had any sausage. They will sell you a supreme pizza and never even mention that they are leaving off the sausage because they don’t have any.
