Ordered through app and app said it was ready and literally had to wait almost an hour when I got to the store for my order as other customers were picking up with no wait had said they ordered 15min ago! Place is fubar and I won't be going back! Problems every time I go to this location

if i could, i would rate this place 0 stars. I worked at this location for a month & it was the worst month of my life. the pans that we cooked the pizza in never got cleaned while i was there, the kitchen is NASTY, managers always said not to answer the phone, even if we werent busy. and to top it all off, i was fired on a fault of their own. managers also never made the schedules for when we worked. to anyone wondering abt the whole drive up speaker, its not broken, everyone there was just trained to say "pull around to the window" and that speaker hardly noticed if a car was close to it at all.
Wheelchair accessibility: the only way that a wheelchair could access the lonby would to go through parked cars. no wheelchair ramp for the front & the sidewalk is too tight for a wheelchair to even be on.

Been here a few times, never had service worse than tonight. Drive-thru speaker is always broken, but works well enough to tell you to pull around. Sat at the window for 5min or more watching people walk around before some guy in a tank top and his pants below his butt finally decided to help. Made my order, simple enough, one pizza, crazy bread with extra seasoning, and those new crazy puffs. Had to wait, which was fine, I know not everything is "hot and ready." Came back to pick up, was handed my order as my wife asked if there was extra seasoning on the breadsticks, guy said "yes ma'am" and off we went. Halfway down the road we noticed the marinara sauce was ice cold, fresh out of the cooler (normally warm), and when we got home saw that not only was there no extra seasoning on the breadsticks, they barely had anything on them at all. Pizza was good, for what it is. Crazy puffs were, as well, but the service was very lacking. It's a small town, I get it, but the absence of effort was astonishing.

Service was horrible sat at the window for 15 Mins had 2 employees look at me and walk away had to go inside to order and for some odd reason they had a van full of people sitting out back just hanging out with an employee low-key crazy that u pay these people to hang out and do nothing

Had a doordash to pickup upon arrival had to wait 5 mins to be helped with no other customers in the store or the frive thru, finally they inform me they're out of old world pepperoni to let the customer know and then still didn't even start the order for another 5+ minutes in all this time only 1 other customer had even came in and placed an order which was bigger and finished much faster.
Business is trash, customer service trash ! Ordered 50 dollars worth of food to get home and find out it’s not even cooked. And of course No one will pick up the phone. Would not recommend.

It was 11:00 a.m. when this place opened. The lobby was pretty dirty. The girl that came up to me and told her I do not understand a word you just said to me she had to repeat when she handed me my pizzas I also didn't understand what she said. It wasn't a bad situation it was just an odd situation

Horrible service. I would highly recommend going to another place to get pizza. I tried to order on the app and it kept saying they were having technical difficulties. So then I tried to call after about 10 mins of no answer (which should've been my red flag) I decided to go to the store to order. I walked in, ordered, all going well, then I mention to the worker about the app not working and no one answering the phone. He said that they shutoff the app to where you can't order when they feel like it and just generally don't answer the phone. At this point food is already ordered so I just decide to wait. Once we get home we realize they didn't give us our desert. So we drive the 15 mins back and then they give us a frozen on the bag brownie. I would hate to see the other things they mess up. Stay as far away from this place as you can.

Where do I start… -No phone to order over call. -No way to order online. -Despite there being no way to order online, they refuse to apply coupons at the register and the only way to get the coupons is online… which you can’t do either. - it takes forever to get what you order. -They serve people who ordered after you right in front of you, the very items you ordered too. -Not even a single chair in their lobby to sit in while you wait for your food that takes forever. In no way is it worth it to stop here. And I won’t bother to waste my money here anymore. Probably won’t even bother to check in to see if anything changes. And definitely will encourage anybody I know to stop anywhere else or even just make the pizza themselves at home before wasting their time and money at this location.
